2 special house rules in our houses:
-we have to be respectful of neighbors avoiding noise and keeping music to low level specially in the pool area and in front of the house.From 9pm to 9am noise is forbidden.
-Please refrain from cleaning make up w towels, after that towels have to be disposed ; only toilet paper down the toilets, they have small necks and clog easily.

The house can be rented monthly during the summer june- july for a special rate of US$18,800.00
