We had the best week!! The property was exactly as described, the host was easy to work with and it’s very conveniently located along Hwy 61, making it very easy to get to all the area’s best attractions. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful view of Lake Superior! This property is located in a perfect location—between Duluth and Grand Marais.The bedrooms are comfortably furnished, the living area is spacious with a bookcase full of novels, puzzles and games for the family to play, and the large kitchen is generously equipped with all the necessary items to make your stay totally satisfying.The main lodge is just a few steps away, where we enjoyed a meal at the restaurant and then relaxed in front of the fire on the patio watching the water and the stars. I would rate our stay a perfect 10!

Awesome place, right on Lake Superior. Photos don’t do this place justice. It was perfect for our two families exploring the north shore. Plus, even though it was rainy, we got to stay cozy next to the indoor fireplace.

What an amazing location. The view was perfect, easy access to the water because the Lodge is right next door. Comfortable, kitchen worked out great for our needs. We did have to do some grill cleaning but all the tools were there. One of us is shorter and there is a step stool for the tall bed upstairs - she loved it. Fireplaces were nice (we used the gas one only). Grateful for the electric chargers onsite. Wish those big ol jacuzzi tubs were not in the rooms because you had to climb through the downstairs one to get to the window, but I know some people like them. Overall would be happy to stay here again and work with this host again.

Beautiful log lake home... everything you need for a relaxing stay ..loved the view of Lake Superior and the access to the lodge amenities is a plus...we dined at the restaurant in the lodge and the food was very delicious

Great cabin and amenities! Kitchen was well stocked for all of the meals we prepared. Right next door to the lodge if you needed anything. The views from the cabin were breathtaking!
