This beautiful beach house is just minutes away from several restaurants as well as nearby shopping & attractions.

*Cozy three-bedroom patio home in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach.

*You'll be conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and golf.

* Plus, you'll be just a few short blocks from the rolling surf and the warm sandy beach.



The Space:

*3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms house

* 1 king, 3 queen beds.

*kitchen fully equipped with all basics.

* washer/dryer available.

* Free WiFi and cable TV available in the living room.

*Pets are allowed.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.

*Linens for each bed are provided.

*NO STREET PARKING vehicles parked on the street would be towed.

please park in the driveway only.

*The house is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place.

The grass wasn't cut. There was no pot holder to get stuff out of the oven. And we also had maintenance knock on the door at almost 7 pm when we never requested it, wrong unit. The beds are so uncomfortable.

Glad your place was pet- friendly. Love the quiet area. Just a walk away to the beach. If we decide to go back to the beach would love to stay there again.

Was very clean and the owner was very responsive and good to deal with. We really liked the location and the property met our needs for a family get away.

Loved our time at the cottage. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We were even able to cook our Easter dinner in the cottage. Our pets were happy in the fully fenced backyard. Figuring out which parking spots was a little tricky as labels were hard to see at first. We did have two small issues with a slow drain and lightbulb going out and our host was able to resolve those for us right away. I loved the less than 10 Minute walk to the beach and the closest intersection with the main road has a traffic light which is so convenient. We loved our trip and even extended twice from our original plans. 9 days was not long enough!!

The home was clean, with easy check in instructions, and just a short walk to the beach. The small fenced yard was nice for my dog. The owner was great with communication, very responsive, and sent all the information we needed ahead of time. As described, the home has basic dishes, pots and pans, and utensils, but not oil, salt and pepper, spices, condiments, etc, that some vacation rentals have, so plan ahead if you plan to do cooking. My only suggestion would be adding a mat or rug inside the front door to prevent tracking so much sand inside - we take shoes off at the door and tried to rinse/brush sand off outside, but still ended up with sand everywhere.

Great house!

Enjoyed our 3 night stay at this house. Great location…about a 5 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of space with 3 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Enjoyed the balcony upstairs as well as the enclosed patio area. House was very clean and owner very responsive. We hope to stay there again in the near future!

Overall great

Communication with the host was great and she was very helpful throughout the entire trip. The house was not the nicest Vrbo we’ve stayed in (dirty walls/baseboards, water spots/paint chipping on bathroom ceiling, etc.), but it was in a quiet neighborhood and close to amenities.

Our getaway

Initially I was unsure about the location and area for my family as we have never been to this area. This vacation exceeded my expectations. Emily was responsive to my questions, the place was clean and beds and towels made up nicely. Good presentation. We had everything we needed for our meals, and it was a great place to keep our puppy during the vacation. We will be scheduling another vacation next year in this exact same spot as we me and my family are really excited to come back. Thanks for the great stay Emily.

Christmas Family Getaway

The cottage is nice. Check-in instructions are precise and easy. The communication was rather quick, normally responded in a few hours. With it being cold, the house was warm and cozy. The sitting isn't as comfortable as home but it worked. The beds were lower than we liked. But overall, it was good.

Ok to stay short term

The beginning of our stay was terrible as we haven’t received details about access codes and received them after many attempts and check ups. When we arrived after a long drive we realized we do not have a unit number. So again we had to wait until the manager responded. Then wi-if issue appeared as no details were provided in advance. So our first impression was terrible. Tired people just want to come and relax and not savangerhunt for essential info that could be provided in one message well in advance. The house is nice with almost everything you need but of very poor quality. If you plan to cook, you should bring essentials with you. We could not enjoy outdoor space as it was not usable. None of the grills worked and we planned to enjoy our stakes which we could not. Bring some slippers as you will bring in so much sand from outside that will be walking around the house with constant feeling of dirty floors. The location is good- it is very silent and not that far from the beach. Parking is great . Next time we come we would stay closer I the beach though as after few walks it becomes not that easy and enjoyable.

To clarify, I sent an email three days prior to your arrival that included all necessary information, such as the unit number, Wi-Fi details, and instructions regarding the door codes (which are sent on the day of arrival for security reasons). I’m always available to answer questions, as I did for you during your stay, but I encourage guests to review the provided email to avoid confusion. Regarding the outdoor grills, these are not advertised in my listing, so I’m unsure why they were expected. Additionally, I provide basic kitchen items (pots, pans, plates, silverware), which is clearly outlined in the listing. Guests are always welcome to contact me in advance if they have specific needs, and I would have happily clarified or suggested alternatives. As for the sand, staying near the beach does mean it’s easy to track sand inside. Thanks for staying .
