Pet Friendly Beach house located on the Blvd just across the street from the beach. 2 nice front decks and 1 screened in porch on the back, all loaded with rocking chairs. Swimming pool in back yard! Plenty of room to park cars. This house is just steps to the beach. Near everything! Walk to restaurants, bars, surf shop, gas station, convenient store, golf course and of course, the beach! Two story house with 4 bedrooms and two bath rooms situated on a large street to street lot that fronts on South Ocean Blvd and backs to Perrin Dr. Beach access in front of the house and also has another beach access with bath rooms and showers too. This is one of the few nice houses that allows pets! Lots of space and a very cool location.

The proximity to the beach was great but there is NO view of the ocean. The pool was great for the grandkids!!! The upkeep of the property was very disappointing. The living room furniture was extremely used and uncomfortable with seating for just 6 people. There were only 4 dining chairs and 1 broken backed chair that allowed only 5 people to dine together at a time. There was a hole the size of a quarter in the wall of the 2nd floor bathroom, no stoppers for the tub or sink. Floors were worn in many places, kitchen cabinets were well worn from the 50’s with paint peeling. Front deck was nice, but both the front and back stairs into the house had loose peeling paint and were weak in several places. Ceiling vents were moldy and exhaust fans in bathrooms did not work. Refrigerator worked but was being held together with duct tape. The cost of rental far exceeded the quality of our accommodations .

We had a fantastic stay for our Christmas vacation. The house is perfectly set up for a family, we enjoyed mornings on the front porch in the sun and spent days by the pool soaking up sunshine. The house has everything you need for your stay, including lots of dishes and pans for cooking. The location to the beach was awesome, literally right across the street! You feel secluded yet are close to many things you can venture out and do. We will definitely rent from this owner again.

Close to the beach

Location was perfect, across the street from the beach. This home was pet friendly, however note that pets are not allowed in the pool area. Close to all the attractions and some awesome restaurants!

Our Four Day Vacation

Place was nice. Very easy check in. In a great location. Close to shopping and restaurants. Steps away from the beach. Brad was very helpful and responsive to our requests.

The location of this house was awesome! It was very close to the beach, and the pool was very nice and clean. Our family had a wonderful week. It was also a plus that we could have our dogs with us. The host answered my questions right away and was very pleasant. The only reason that I didn't give a perfect score is because the house could have been a little cleaner, but overall, we all had a great time and lots of laughs.

Outside of the house needs updating. No doors on the porches. The stairs in the front need to be replaced. Inside the house is ok.

The beach house was so cozy and right near the beach !

My family loved the coziness of the home and the cleanliness. It was right across the street from the beach so made it so easy to enjoy with our kids. We loved the clean blue pool that my family used everyday ! I would stay here again !
