Thank you for sharing your experience at Seascape, Kim. We’re truly sorry your stay didn’t meet expectations, especially with the A/C on the third floor and the ant issue. We understand how frustrating that must have been, particularly with your family’s specific needs, and we appreciate your patience while our team worked to resolve things. While we did offer a move, we completely understand why that wasn’t ideal for your group, and we’re sorry it impacted your vacation time. Both concerns have since been fully addressed, and we’ve taken steps to ensure everything is operating as it should moving forward. At Siesta Key Luxury Rental Properties, this isn’t the experience we aim to provide, and we truly regret that we fell short during your stay. We appreciate your honest feedback as it helps us improve and we hope you’ll consider giving us another opportunity to provide the seamless, elevated stay you expected.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that your Special Family Thanksgiving didn’t meet expectations due to the issues you encountered. We understand how disappointing it must have been to face challenges with the elevator, pool, and other features you were assured would be in working order. Guest safety and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we deeply regret that the master bath flooring and door alarms caused concern. Your comments are being reviewed carefully, and we will address these issues to prevent similar experiences in the future. We appreciate your candid feedback as it helps us identify areas where we can improve. We hope you’ll consider giving us another opportunity to provide a better stay in the future.

Donald, thank you for sharing your experience with us. We're glad to hear that the location of the house suited your needs and that you were able to enjoy your family vacation despite some challenges. We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay, including the lack of cleanliness upon arrival, the slippery tile in the master bathroom, and the problems with the doors and fans. This is not up to our standards, and we understand the frustration it caused. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we'll address these issues with our team to ensure they're resolved promptly for future guests. We're glad to hear that you found the kitchen well-equipped and that you were able to enjoy the pool and downstairs area. We appreciate your understanding and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a smoother and more enjoyable experience in the future.
