This 5500 sqft brand new, 9 bedroom/9-bathroom luxury home sits in the heart of St. Armand’s Circle on Lido Key, offering a private pool, hot tub, and expansive outdoor living. Just a 5-minute walk to the beach! Each bedroom features its own ensuite bath, creating the perfect retreat for large groups. Steps from shopping, dining, and the beach, this modern home combines space, comfort, and exclusivity for an unforgettable dream vacation! This luxury retreat is spread across multiple levels, designed to bring people together while giving everyone their own private space. First Floor – Arrival & Access - Guests are welcomed through a private foyer with elevator and stair access to the main living spaces above. The oversized garage provides plenty of room for parking and storage. Second Floor – The Heart of the Home - This level is where the group gathers. A spacious living room flows into a bright dining area and chef’s kitchen, making it the perfect hub for shared meals and celebrations. There are five bedrooms on this level, each with its own ensuite bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy alongside the main entertaining spaces. A pantry and laundry room are also located on this floor. Third Floor – Private Retreats - Upstairs, the expansive primary suite offers a true sanctuary with its own living area, large bedroom, dual bathrooms, and walk-in closet. We loved staying at this house. The location was perfect!! You can walk to the circle or the beach and never need your car!! Tina responded to all needs very quickly and was prompt with solutions!

The house location was incredible with a block walk to the beach and St. Armands Circle out the front door. The house accommodated our family friends and made the perfect setting for us to relax and enjoy time with each other. I would highly recommend the house to others.

This place is absolutely perfect! Right on the circle next to tons of restaurants, shopping, etc. and a 3 minute walk to the amazing beach. The pool and outdoor entertainment area are perfect. We saw dolphins and manatee in the canal. 10/10 stay!

The pool was a blast for the kids. The spot was perfect, what with the canal right there, the St Armands circle with all the shops and restaurants, and the beach just 5 mins away. Perfect. House is exquisite.

This is an amazing house and happy it was available for our dates. It is new construction with a fabulous pool and hot tub overlooking the canal. There were a group of manatees in canal next to pool for the entire stay! It is only a few steps to all the St Armands shopping and restaurants and a short walk to the beach. It is in the best location between beach and the retail stores, we did not have to drive the entire trip! And a very excellent host that answered all questions and even provided us with additional supplies to prepare a Thanksgiving dinner. Thank you so much!
