Lucky 13 at Forest Ridge

Enjoy our end unit townhouse at Forest Ridge near Loon mountain.
The living room features a comfy sofa and loveseat with a flat screen TV mounted on the wall. The TV is equipped with a conventional cable box and a Roku streambar.
The dining area has room for up to 8.
The kitchen is fully equipped for all of your culinary needs.
The large first floor primary bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV, and private bathroom with walk in shower.
The two upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom with tub shower combo, one with a queen bed and one with two sets of bunk beds.
There is also a half bath on the first floor.

Also included is access to the Clubhouse with indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, and steam room as well as tennis courts/pickleball courts and an outdoor pool.
It’s only a short walk to the clubhouse and shuttle pick up to Loon (shuttle available on weekends during ski season).
5 minutes drive to Loon.
5 minute drive to downtown Lincoln.

Enjoy all that the White mountains has to offer for any season of the year! In Lincoln, there are plenty of restaurants and shops as well as hiking, zip lining, mountain biking etc. For kids, there is plenty to do with the Whales Tale waterpark and Clarks Trading Post, as well as the Hobo Hills Adventure mini golf course.
For a unique experience, you can take the Cafe Lafayette Dinner train for a 5 course dinner and scenic 2 hour train ride along the Pemi river valley.
Less then 20 minutes away is Franconia Notch State Park.
The picturesque town of Littleton is only a 30 minute drive. It has all sorts of great shops and restaurants.
You can also take a scenic drive east along the Kancamagus highway to Conway and continue north on Rt 16 to Mount Washington. The Mount Washington Auto road is highly recommended if you don't have a fear of heights.
