Our stay was wonderful. Bethany’s house was very clean and decorated beautifully. The property has a huge yard with a peaceful creek steps away from the house. We would definitely stay here again.

We used this house when we attended a wedding. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Beds and furnishings are of higher quality, and beautifully decorated. Bethany was so helpful and easy to communicate with. House is across the street from Publix and close to other stores. Lovely fire pit in back yard, little stream and a huge backyard for kids to play ball. Only 10 minutes from civil war sites and cute shops in downtown Franklin, and a half hour from downtown Nashville. We would love to stay here again.

The house is beautifully put together, impeccably clean, and a lovely place to stay. No complaints and would highly recommend if you are needing a place to stay in Franklin. The location is also very convenient.

Our family had an excellent experience at this Franklin property. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. This property is gorgeous! The house is immaculate and the finishes are beautiful. Every detail has been thought through. We cooked here each night for dinner and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need. The beds are comfortable and the air-conditioning is fantastic. Bethany, who owns the home was immediately receptive and responded to any question or need we might have right away. I highly recommend this home for anyone looking in the area. This may be one of our best VRBO‘s we have experienced yet and I am very picky!

Home is nicely furnished and offered more than adequate supplies of linens and kitchen supplies.Running stream on the property made for enjoyable morning & evening coffee while sitting in the screened in porch!

Night Before My Wedding Day

My bridesmaids and I stayed here the night before my wedding, and it could not have been more perfect! The home is beautiful and so clean (I am very picky)! It was lovely and such a memorable stay.

We always stay in Franklin on the way home from NC. We enjoy the town and people. Your home is very nice and we enjoyed your place and wished we stay longer

An absolute gem of a home! We booked this place for myself and my bridesmaids to stay at the night before our wedding and to get ready at the morning of. The host was so kind and flexible and allowed us a late checkout to accommodate our hair & makeup schedule. The place itself was spacious and so pretty, with a wonderful screened in porch. It was also close to restaurants and the grocery. Would highly recommend staying here!

Great find in Franklin

During our visit to Franklin for a family wedding, we had the pleasure of staying in this remarkable property. Situated conveniently close to both Franklin and the wedding venue, the house impressed us with its modern amenities and picturesque surroundings. The outdoor area, complete with a charming firepit and a tranquil stream running alongside the property, added to the overall appeal. The interior of the house was equally inviting and comfortable, allowing us to fully enjoy our time with family. We look forward to returning to this exceptional accommodation during our next visit to Franklin.

Wedding weekend

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The house was so welcoming and had everything we needed. The yard kept our 1 year old grandson busy and happy. The screened porch was so enjoyable to have coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night. The location was so convenient to our wedding venue and to restaurants, grocery stores and everything we needed. Close enough to Nashville, but not in the hubbub of all the loud music and etc. We would love to come again and enjoy this beautiful spot. Thank you again.

Fantastic!We loved our stay in this beautiful home. Welcoming,spacious,thoughtfully designed for relaxing for gathering with family. We came to area for sons rehearsal dinner and wedding in Brentwood. House met all our needs and felt comfortable and peaceful. Kitchen had lots of appliances and was beautiful. The screened porch and outdoor spaces were hits with us. We enjoyed evenings around the fire pit and shared meals at the outdoor table, surrounded by the peaceful scenery. It was amazing to feel the peacefulness of nature, while being right in the city. In the mornings, sitting in the chairs by the creek with coffee as we listened to birds chirping was so relaxing. We even saw a few ducks swimming in the creek. Location was super and close to shoooing, restaurants, etc but still felt quiet and remote. Perfect balance of comfort and convenience. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Absolute Perfection!

This is an amazing property! Bethany has thought of the smallest detail down to cute monogrammed shot glasses. The landscape is manicured with the outdoor patio overlooking the creek for a relaxing evening. The house is extremely clean and spacious. Each bedroom has beautiful bedding and luxurious linens. The tiled shower in the master suite is very large. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans. The living room has a large fireplace that’s so cozy. The dining table has room for all you and your family. One of the best rentals I have stayed in by far!

We gathered with kids and grandchildren for a week getaway. The house and property is incredible. Spacious, clean. We loved the screened in porch and fire pit. We will Pass on the outstanding accommodations and we will be back. Thanks for a great week of making memories.
