Good. I have been staying at this location for years and always enjoy it. One recommendation for this year is additions pest spraying. Insect pests are a constant with a place on the water like this but this year their seemed to be more in the rental than in the past.

This was a very cute, clean, efficient apartment. The survey only allows for five stars for the Y-Knot rentals property management team. They need about 50 stars! They have been so accommodating, kind, efficient, and on top of everything! Thank you for your continued professionalism and kindness!!!!
