Excellent host, clean and well-equipped property! Well stocked with items for kitchen and bathroom! Thank you! Nice property, feels like we are in the mountains forest and the luxury of a very clean pool! Children love it and have hours of fun in it!

Amazing Time in Montauk!

My friends and I had the best time at Mica’s home! The pool and backyard space was the cherry on top - great space to enjoy the summer weather of the Hamtons!

This was our second time staying here. The house is amazing and Mica and Jon are great hosts.Lovely property with deck and pool, and nicely kept interior. The location is great with easy access to Montauk, Amagansett and the beach. Mica and Jon were incredibly helpful and easy to work with from the start, accommodating our needs and being responsive/proactive through the stay.Would highly recommend this place and we will definitely be back!

The property was amazing. Everything we needed was available inlcusinf supplies for a beach fire. The house and yard were extrmemely clean. Very short distance to town so easy access for food and activities. Spacious environent with lots of activitoes to do on site. Wonderful trip with the family in which we would book again for future years. Highly recomend!!!!!

Our best stay in Montauk

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Montauk at Mia’s home. The house is located in a private area off old Montauk highway, just a short drive or 10 min walk to a secluded beach. The home is well maintained with all the amenities needed for a family with young children, and the pool is an added bonus. We’ve stayed at many places over the years, and this was one of the best! We would love to stay again!

We were looking for a rental that could comfortably accommodate a reunion in Montauk of our large family: 2 grandparents, 5, adult children and 2 grandchildren dogs. This home worked out beautifully. The house was very clean and the layout of the home worked well. A great room that included a large living space, where we could be together, and prepare meals in a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. A total of 5 bedrooms, there was a "suite," at one end of the house with 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom and a door to provide privacy from the rest of the house - great for our daughter and her family. A primary bedroom with full bathroom and walk -in-closet was large, well appointed and so comfortable. The loft up a circular staircase was perfect for our young 20 something and we used the downstairs bedroom suite that afforded privacy for our newlyweds. The pool was fantastic. The kids loved it. We were in the pool for hours. We loved that It was professionally cleaned 2 times during our stay. The property was very private, a real plus. The host was terrific. They were quick to respond to our questions and accommodate our needs, with booster seats, click to table high chairs and the like for the babies. The home was well stocked with plenty of umbrellas, chairs, and kayaks for the beach, as well as tubes, floats and toys for the pool. Our dogs are members of our family and we were so grateful that they accommodated our pets.
