This spacious estate home has 6 bedrooms, 3 washrooms, 2 Fireplaces, a steam room and an exercise room complete with an amazing view and TV for your workout. The kids love the themed Jungle room downstairs, and the 10 1/2 ceiling in the basement is great for board games and entertaining the entire family into the evening. Venture down to one of two docks on-site to enjoy time by the Lake or enjoy lawn games with friends and family right beside the house!

Guests will be met on-site upon check-in by one of our experienced and friendly Cayman Marshall Luxury Rentals staff who will let you in and show you around. Once settled, the lockbox code will be provided, and Guests will have access to the entire property for their enjoyment.

Our friendly Cayman Marshall Luxury Rentals staff will be present to welcome your group and show you around upon check-in. Throughout your stay, we will be available to ensure your comfort and will provide you with a guest manual that should have everything necessary for you to enjoy a wonderful stay on the property. When checking out, we will arrive in time to see you off and lock up as necessary.

Walk, bike, boat or drive on over to The Ridge at Manitou for a great dinner or a game of Golf! If it’s a holiday for the parents, put your kids up at Camp Manitou and allow the young ones to rest easy, knowing that the family isn’t far.

There is a camera in the driveway to monitor capacity and to ensure the safety of guests.

• Please take out the garbage (Instructions shall be provided in the guest manual on site)
• Please no pets unless allowed unless requested
• Please no illegal substance in the house
• Please do not rearrange the furniture
• Please close and lock all doors when you leave the cottage
• Please do not take breakable glassware outside
• Please do not put any oil down any sinks
• Recommended to bring bottled water although water is potable

*Wildlife*
Please be aware that wildlife including bears live in the area and following these safety tips will help ensure an enjoyable and safe vacation.
• Store garbage indoors until removed from the property
• Feed pets indoors or screened in porch areas
• Do not leave pet food in your car
• Remove all grease and residue from grills and trays

*Septic System*
Please know this cottage has a septic system. This means nothing other than toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet. Do not flush sanitary products, baby-wipes, diapers, paper towel down any toilet. Kindly place these items in the garbage.

*Noise By-Law*
Please note the Township's noise by-law applies between 11 p.m and 7 a.m. and can be enforced for noises which disturb the peace of other residents, including: loud music, engines and shouting. Please be mindful of the noise.

*Outdoor Fires*
There is no daytime burning permitted. It is the guest’s responsibility to check updated fire bans and use only designated fire pit(s). Please ensure you fully extinguish the fire. No fire is to be left unattended at any time. Please avoid having fires on windy days

*Cleaning*
We would like you to enjoy your vacation to the fullest. And ask that you treat this property as if it were your own. Please ensure the cottage is clean and tidy upon your departure. Cleaning supplies and equipment are provided, and further details can be found in the cottage manual.
