It was nice the only thing that was a problem was walking to the beach I think it should have a better walk way to get to the beach at the property because of snakes

This was a quick weekend trip with a friend. The location of the condo was perfect for us to get into Savannah quickly, walk the beach, and head to "downtown" Tybee. The property management was on point with all amenities, presentation, cleanliness, and contact (if we needed them). We had a great time!

We had such a great weekend! Our only hiccup was getting locked out of the condo. We were locked out due to the malfunction of the deadbolt. Leaving us outside with no where to go, car keys were locked in the condo, for hours in the scorching GA July heat. The saddest thing about that was we never heard directly from the management company. Their on call rep passed us off to a friend of theirs, who doesn’t work for them. When he couldn’t get the door open, we had to wait for the HOA rep to come help us. We appreciate both people that helped us. We just wish the customer service from the management group was a little better. They never reached out to us.

Excellent living space, property, and location

I highly recommend this unit, property, and host. The only issue was the washer was not properly cleaned before our arrival and had standing water inside. So we couldn't do laundry. I think this was a minor oversight since everything else was spotless and well organized. We would definitely stay at this property again.

House was hot. Never could get it cooled down even with all the curtains closed and doors to outside shut. Mattress in guest room tilted back and wasn’t the best to sleep on.

We will have our team check the cooling system and review the window coverings to help keep the home cooler. We’ll also inspect and replace or adjust the guest room mattress as needed. The property is in a gated condo community and felt very safe. Super easy access to beach and pool. The pool area even has a shallow pool for young kids which my toddlers loved! The condo was nicely decorated and had everything necessary for cooking, making coffee, containers for packing lunch for the beach. It is on the third floor so be ready for some stairs!
