Please be aware that there is no air conditioning available.
To enhance your experience during your stay, we provide a range of special amenities, including ROKU devices for the televisions in the living room and master bedroom, a yoga mat, a foam roller, dumbbells, sleds, snowshoes, an iron and ironing board, hair dryers, and a pack n play crib (please bring your own sheets). Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
