This was a great property, and close enough to the Heart Hospital to make it an easy trip. It was clean, and the owner communications and check in were great. Only thing to be aware of are the steps to navigate for us older folks. But great stay!

Great stay

I was working in Little Rock over the summer, I stayed here for a week while I figured out where I wanted to stay the rest of the summer. In a great location, I had everything I needed in the rental, and that yard if a huge plus. Thank you for the great place!!

Nice stay

Very safe neighborhood. Nice covered patio where I set up my grill. Prompt responses from owner. Overall, very nice stay.

The unit was very clean and well equipped. Very convenient location, and the air conditioning was great. I will say the stairs inside are quite steep, and the kitchen is extremely narrow, but overall we were quite comfortable. Some noise does come through from the other side of the duplex. The host is very responsive to any questions and helped us out right away if we sent a message.

Convenient

The property is really close to St. Vincent's hospital where my mom was. My dogs enjoyed the backyard.

Humm this is a nice Kool little space for you to relax and enjoy. It's ducked off in the back. Quite neighbors very helpful because it's alot close by. Host responds with no problem. The water was hot like I love it. So yeah for the price it's Kool to stay if u on a budget..

Place was clean but the surrounding neighbors were so noisy that it was very difficult to have quite and sleep.

Little Rock

I think Chris did everything he could to offer assistance to enhance our stay. I don’t know if I missed it but the setup is very unusual. This was the only drawback we experienced… the distance from bedroom to bathroom included some fairly steep steps. The place was clean and well maintained and Chris was responsive.
