This is a very nice and quiet neighborhood good covered parking there are some steps ,but otherwise we enjoyed a peaceful stay

The apartment was the perfect spot to be for our visit to Little Rock. It was clean, comfortable and so convenient to cafes, restaurants and great shopping. If you like walkable neighborhoods, this is the place to stay. I would come back in a heartbeat.

I had an excellent stay. The neighborhood is very safe. Chris was very quick to respond to my messages and I plan to stay at his property again on my next trip to Little Rock if it is available.

The property listing is exactly as pictured and described. It is immaculate, quiet, and complete with amenities. It’s a perfect location to restaurants! Chris is an excellent host with his communication.

The location was very convenient for the daily treatment I was having at UAMS. Walking distance to several restaurants and stores. Excellent price for our extended stay. Highly recommend.

Chris is an amazing host. He responds immediately to any questions and he made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was as nice the photos. Perfect location (you can walk to Hill Station).

The host was amazing! The communication was outstanding. I would say on the most part. It took less than five minutes to connect with the host. This property is wonderful. Everything that that I needed would highly recommend not only the property, but the host as well.

Happy with our stay

The owner was quick to answer all our questions.The apartment is clean and tasteful decorated. It had everything we needed — soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent etc.There were plenty of towels and plenty of hot water.We picked this apartment for its location. We were visiting a relative in St.Vicent hospital . It was perfect for that. We could be there in 10 minutes, but we were far enough not to hear ambulances.Not being familiar with Little Rock, we had assumed that a neighborhood in the middle of a city, near hospitals would not be the best, but we were so wrong.The neighborhood was not only safe, it was charming. There were plenty of trees. We could walk to shops, restaurants, and even a grocery store.We would happily return.
