This elegant hideaway is perfect for anyone seeking a blend of adventure and relaxation amidst Sedona’s breathtaking landscapes. Each space within this recently remodeled open-concept home, from the bright living room to the airy bedrooms, showcases a commitment to comfort, light, and seamless integration with the natural beauty outside.

The heart of the home is a large, light-filled living room featuring stylish, comfy furniture and elegant decor that echos the warm earth tones of Sedona’s unique terrain. This room flows into the adjacent dining room and gourmet kitchen, fully equipped to cater to culinary enthusiasts. These spaces offer the perfect setting for friends and family to gather and create memories over meals, laughter, and heartwarming conversations.

Outside, the property unfolds into a private oasis. The fully fenced-in backyard, with its hot tub, fire pit, and comfortable seating areas, is perfect for stargazing or unwinding after a day exploring the local trails and culture. You will have full, exclusive access to the entire home, the adjacent casita, all outdoor living spaces, the front and back yard, and hot tub.

We live locally, and are available 24/7 if needed. We are just a message or phone call away throughout your stay!

You will be staying in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of the neighbors :). You will be centrally located, and just a short walk or drive to many of the area`s top attractions.

Rideshares like Uber or Lyft are rare in Sedona, so we recommend bringing a car. You can take advantage of the Sedona Shuttle to get to popular trailheads where parking is difficult. The West SR 89A Park & Ride is a 4-minute drive from the home. Shuttles run year-round, Thursday thru Sunday.

There is a small, one-room guest house on the property that is periodically used by the owners (two people). If they use the guest house, they keep to themselves and you are free to enjoy the entire property as you normally would. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Violating any of the house rules can lead to your reservation being canceled immediately without a refund:

• We do not charge extra for additional guests. However, the number of guests staying MUST match the number of guests specified on the reservation. No unregistered guests are allowed on the property at any time.
• A maximum of two dogs are allowed. We are unable to accommodate any other pets including cats.
• No smoking or vaping inside or on property. Any evidence of these activities may incur a minimum $1,000 deep cleaning fee.
• Fires, candles, fireworks, and other open flames are prohibited
• No firearms allowed on property
• Do not move furniture
• Do not unplug, move, or tamper with electronic devices (WiFi, security system, locks, etc.)
• Parties, special events, and retreats are not allowed per City of Sedona local ordinance
• Minimum age to book a reservation is 25 years old. Additional guests may be younger.
• Guest making the reservation must have identity verified through Airbnb and a current phone number listed
• A $25 shipping and handling fee applies to items left behind

We are committed to complying with state and local regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete a guest verification process after booking.

You will receive an email and a text with a link to complete the verification. This process is completed by a third party company called Truvi. We do not see any of your private information.

Truvi will collect a non-refundable credit card authorization fee of $10. This allows them to collect reimbursement if damage is discovered after your stay, without having to actually hold a damage deposit.

Please be sure to complete this process WITHIN 24 HOURS of making your reservation. If the verification process is not completed, we cannot legally host you and we will be forced to cancel your reservation, potentially without a refund.
