The 86-acre estate lies between the Capechen Lagoon and the Caribbean Sea in the heart of the one million acres Sian Ka’an Nature Reserve, a protected UNESCO World Heritage Site. The estate can be reached by air, car, and/or helicopter. It is a 3-hour drive from Cancun Airport or a 40-minute flight by helicopter.

Please note, due to Sian Ka’an being a biosphere reserve, it is not permitted to bring ATVs, water sports equipment such as kiteboards, or audio equipment. It is also forbidden to fish, in order to protect the endangered sea life. Additionally, pets are not allowed.
