Great stay in the heart of Philly. The house was spacious, clean, and well appointed. The location was great- only a short walk to the historic district. The parking was a huge bonus.

This was the cleanest place I have stayed in 20 years. I suffer from allergies and had absolutely no symptoms staying here. Thank you for providing a clean allergy free place to stay.Communication with the hosts was amazing. Gabe and Jon responded right away and everything was explained throughly. They provided so many useful informations and the apartment had everything you could ever need.

Perfect location, cool rooftop, clean condo

Unit is well equiped, excellent location, easy communication with owner/property manager. Recommended for a Philly stay.

The apartment was great! Beautiful and clean. It was a great space for 7 of us. The parking spot was ideal. We were close to center city as well as an awesome view of the Ben Franklin bridge. The hosts were also great professional and prompt in their communication.

Was wonderful house. Had everything that could be needed. If you sleep in room with two beds there is a lot of noise but after the first night you get used to the highway noise. My family will for sure stay again. Thank you!

Wonderful!

This is a wonderful property. The hosts communicated so well prior to our arrival that we easily found the property and parking. The property was spotless and the high ceilings and roof top deck made it feel very spacious. The parking spot was a great bonus too!

The location made it close enough to walk to most destinations we needed for the weekend. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The outside noise was representative of the city on a weekend, lots of foot traffic and commotion. Having white noise available was helpful. Morning coffee on the deck was divine. Would definitely stay again.

I would definently stay here again. It was clean and had everything we needed and more. We thoroughly enjoyed the roof top deck. Perfect location to unwind sheet a day out and about. Secure parking was a great plus. Great job on the decor too, very relaxing and enjoyable.
