We had a great stay at this location. It is within walking distance to many of the best areas of city to visit and appreciate. The street that the home is located is quiet and private. Thank you, Beth.

This is a rare gem of a property right in the middle of the action in Philadelphia. There are great restaurants nearby and it is a short walk to all of the main touristy things. The host is wonderfully attentive and made sure we were very well taken care of. We would absolutely stay here again.

Staying here helped round out our long weekend getaway to explore historical Philadelphia. House has incredible character and is central to all locations within the city, be it walking, hopping on a bus or subway. Hostess was very responsive and easy to communicate with during our stay. Totally enjoyed our stay and highly recommend to others. Set up is especially great for two couples - 2 bedroom suites each with full bath. Would work well also for a family of four with children who can handle stairs, as there are two steep staircases, in line with this being an old city lodging.

We came for a wedding and stayed for a week. We had a great stay. The photos are accurate and the house was clean and had no weird smells or anything negative about it. The location was fun and easy to get around. The host was accommodating. Great experience all around.

Perfect location for walking to just about anything you would want to do. We loved the historic location. Host was excellent to work with! There is so much space with this property. Our family of 5 had ample space to spread out when needed with room to spare. We have already recommended to others with upcoming trips planned to the area.

We enjoyed our stay while visiting Philadelphia. The location was perfect and we were able to walk to the city center and to many of the sites. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host sent clear instructions and was very responsive. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect spot for our family if 4 to enjoy Philadelphia! Plenty of space, lots of great food and drinks nearby, walkable to nearly everything. Had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

This was our second time staying in Beth's lovely home. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-outfitted for our needs. The location is very safe and walkable to everything that we wanted to do. Beth was very responsive to any questions or communication. The instructions that she provided on parking and recommendations for neighborhood spots were excellent. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home, very clean and cute! Amazing location! The host was super helpful, communicative, and nice. We had a wonderful weekend and almost everything we wanted to do was walking distance. Lots of cute shops nearby and safe location. We will be back!!
