Excellent choice of condo. Corner unit was the best beach view

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great, check in was rough process as I paid for early check in and it wasn't ready and had to call 3 times to get in. We were standing at the door and the lady who came to check off the property told me they never told her it was an early check in. The lady at the desk when I called was not very pleasant. It felt she was annoyed with me standing at the door waiting even though I paid early check in. They did refund the early check in. Condo was nice but could be cleaned more. The mattress protector on the trundle was dirty so we didn't use. The bathrooms could be updated but it was fine for our kiddos. More pillows and more blankets would be great as well. Property was fine.

Checking in process

Checking in was awful. It took hours to get the entry code after driving for hours. We were told we’d have to pay extra to book a hotel which the property found and our family members would have to be separated. After obtaining the code everything else was an A. Clean and very nice property. Easy access to the beach. Overall stay was 5 star!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was good, the dishwasher stunk up the unit the entire time like poop. Maintenance came by with no relief. Then only a broom to get the sand up and had to sweep a rug. Asked to get a vacuum but was told they would handle it at the end of the stay.Othe than that the stay was good the beach was amazing.

Beautiful place to stay with amazing views of the big pools and ocean. Very spacious for everyone. We all loved it. The only negative thing is the dishwasher has a bad smell. We just didn’t use it. Other than that, everything was amazing.

overall, good experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, this unit was a good experience for our family of 6. I tend to cook a lot of the meals when we stay at condos and the kitchen was very well stocked (nice pots, variety of kitchen utensils, availability of appliances like a blender). My only comment was the oven was older and didn't seem to come to temperature. The unit overall was nice. Updated flooring, bathrooms, etc. Lots of seating for our family - both in the living area, dining and on the balcony. View was nice but a tad misleading ... it is a few minutes to walk to get to the beach. My only real frustration was the unit is advertised with 50% off beach service. I thought, great! Well, we walked straight out of the building to the beach and found a kiosk. We were told, "that discount is not accepted here but you need to walk to the next kiosk". Which was a distance down the beach. Funny enough, it's ALL the same company but the umbrellas are purple vs blue. So, we just had to walk a lot further than we expected. Pools were nice and plenty of seating around pool. Overall, we enjoyed our stay with the one "inconvenience" of walking further for the discounted beach service.
