Welcome to the lovely family-friendly Aspinwall retreat. Newly renovated in 2021 open style kitchen & living area is a perfect space to hang out, enjoy some food, and watch TV. Private parking on the premises is convenient. Fully stocked will all basic cooking essentials, and equipped with child play areas to keep them busy as you sort through getting ready for the day's plans. We have included safety gates for your peace of mind. Traveling for work? High-speed wifi and desk work included.

* Please note- You are required to climb a flight of steps to get to the living area and one of the bedroom and bathrooms. The other bedroom is on the third floor. This unit consists of the second and third floors. There is a 1 bedroom apartment on the first floor where we have long term tenants. The units are completely separate and private from one another.

Before you arrive, you’ll be contacted by our third-party provider, Truvi, to choose between a damage deposit or a damage waiver. This step is meant to give you an extra layer of protection against any property damage during your stay.

Please note that this process is completely optional and not required — Your reservation will remain confirmed whether or not you complete it. However, if you’d like this additional protection, we recommend completing it before arrival for a smoother check-in experience and added peace of mind.
