The first two pictures are not of this property, we stayed for the weekend and the facility did have a pool but it was outside in the middle of the complex. The property was very clean, and they had a hanging hammock chair for out on the deck, it was a little tight space wise but it was a cute place to stay, we did run out of toilet paper and paper towels on the second day. Overall the place was nice and the price was reasonable, I would recommend if someone needed a cheap place to stay at the beach for a few nights.

This was a last minute get away we planned for my sister and it was a great escape. We had a few hiccups upon arrival, but the host was quick to help and we so appreciate his support and response. The beach is right across the street with easy access and we could still hear the ocean from the balcony. Even with all the rain that weekend, it still was just what my sister needed. A great escape that was quiet and we got the best of both worlds - the beach and the woods.

This place was perfect for us. After 10 years of traveling to the area, I’d have to say this was one of the very best experiences we’ve had. The condo was clean, spacious(family of 5), well stocked, the host was wonderful to interact with, the area was peaceful and not crowded, close to Fort Fisher(huge plus for us), close to the Ferry(another huge plus for us), and over all a place that just felt like home away from home. We come to the area to detach and this place couldn’t be in a better location for that. The atmosphere and experience was amazing!

Had some minor issues when we first arrived with some of the lights being burned out, but called Scott and he had someone out there within the hour to get everything fixed and other than that there was absolutely no issues with this rental!Scott answered the phone immediately when called when we had a question or concern, and was very prompt on everything when asked. We would definitely stay here again next time we look to come to the Fort Fisher area.Everything in the property was within 1-2 minutes walk, including the beach access directly across the street from the driveway. We only used the outdoor pool and beach access, so I cannot account for anything inside the main community center, but based on everything I saw they are working on upgrading it and building something new in the facility.Part of what I really loved about this rental was how enclosed it was at the end of a dead end... it had a nice thick line of trees behind the unit where you could actually feel like you had privacy when lounging on the back porch, which is a major plus during peak season when there is always a LOT of people around.

Relaxing and convenient

Relaxing stay so close to beach and convenient pools and workout facility. Located at the very end of Kure beach, not much traffic and a good walk or short drive to many activities. Loved the shaded porch in the mornings and evenings.

Lovely condo. We had zero problems with entry upon check-in. Prompt responses from management team regarding a minor issue we had. Super simple/easy check-out process. Short walk to beach access. Great pools both indoor and outdoor.

Loved the condo and surrounding area

We had a wonderful stay with our 4 year old and 7 year old grandchildren. The condo was very clean and well stocked. There were many nice touches in this beautifully decorated condo. The location is very close to the beach and attractions including the civil war battleground, aquarium, and ferry. It was pleasant to sit on the deck surrounded by trees.

Access to beach

It says access to beach is 2 min walk it’s true but the beach at that access point is very rough with stones. You have to walk down 10 min to get to nice area where you can actually enjoy or go to fort fisher access point to actually enjoy the beach

Nice condo near the beach

My family and I have stayed at a condo in the general area as it is close to Fort Fisher beach which is our favorite beach around. This condo was roughly the same set up with a washer/ dryer which is super convenient, a bathroom off the master bedroom, a separate bathroom and two additional bedrooms. The condo came with towels and bed linens which is also nice so you don’t have to pack those. There were also some beach towels in the condo that we were able to use when ours were still damp. No elevator to get up to the condo but not too many steps to climb. My only complaint was that the closets were full of random items such as artificial plants, extra pillows and random junk that seemed to take up a lot of space where I would have liked to have had more hangers to hang my clothes. No major concerns. It was nice to have a traditional coffee maker and a keurig in the kitchen. There was a waffle iron, several pots, pans and other cookware along with a dishwasher. All in all, I would give the place 4.5/ 5.
