The property was extremely clean when we arrived. Access to the beach was super convenient, as was the pool/recreation center. The property manager checked in with us periodically throughout our stay to be sure that everything was satisfactory. We enjoyed the locally owned restaurants nearby, and had a great stay overall.

Was awesome we did not want to leave. We are going back in April when the kids are out of school so they can enjoy theirselves when it’s warmer .. Ocean Dunes was fantastic & on the sand . The olace was beautiful very clean they had it all . . We always stayed in Kure everything is few miles up road .. Thanks Sea Coast !

We enjoyed the condo and living space tremendously.

We will rent it again. My only complaint was that the master bedroom did not have the correct fitted sheets and we felt they should supply us with paper towels and toilet paper for the week.

Last minute vacation

Overall the property was good. Definitely needs a bit of updating, but location was amazing.

Lovely Visit

I would stay at this unit again, you can't get any closer to the beach! We came at a time where the weather was cooler, so having the recreation center with the indoor pool was a great perk.

Just what the doctor ordered

This was the perfect respite for us and our elder family members during a stressful time. We enjoyed the gorgeous beach views from both decks and had everything we needed for ultimate relaxation. We hope to be back soon!

Cute place, Great Location, Needs a Good Cleaning!

We were happy with the location and the unit was very well appointed and cute. However, it was filthy upon our arrival. The carpets had been vacuumed but, there was still lots of sand on the hardwoods. The kitchen was very dirty. Nothing had been wiped down. The fridge was dirty, cabinets were dirty with spills down the front. Bathroom tubs were grimy. Used q-tips were in the trash can in the first bedroom. One of the sliding glass doors was broken. Our coffee maker had sediment coming out. (They did replace it. After we went out and bought one). The communication with whomever we spoke to concerning the cleaning was lacking. They were to get in touch with the houskeeping manager but, we never heard a word back. We bought cleaning supplies and spent a good 4 hours cleaning everything ourselves. Not how I wanted to start off our family vacation, but, after that was done we felt pretty comfortable.

Perfect vacation

Perfectly clean. Perfectly located. Loved the covered parking. Loved the beach access. This place was so great for us. Plenty of room for 6.
