The place is in a great location. The property is a bit tired and worn however. Having a golf cart would have been better. Parking is a challenge everywhere.

Good value for the location and price

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What you see is exactly what you get. I would recommend that they add a Keurig. The bedroom is on the parking lot side, which added some noise, especially from the neighbors. Overall, great value and great location in Sandestin. I will likely return!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the unit was very nice. The furniture was a little dated but functional. Balcony was a bit small and the was not able to turn off porch lite at all which attracted a lot of bugs. Ceiling fans would have been nice but the air conditioner worked great

We have informed the owner about the suggestion about ceiling fans and they are updating some furniture. The accent chairs in the living room are new, custom made.
