The apartment was wonderful, the location was perfect, and we truly felt at home. We’d love to recommend this place to everyone... but we’d rather keep it our little secret so we can come back again. Hopefully, next time we’ll also have the chance to rent a golf cart! 😊

Worn

The place is in a great location. The property is a bit tired and worn however. Having a golf cart would have been better. Parking is a challenge everywhere.

Good value for the location and price

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What you see is exactly what you get. I would recommend that they add a Keurig. The bedroom is on the parking lot side, which added some noise, especially from the neighbors. Overall, great value and great location in Sandestin. I will likely return!

Thank you for staying with Platinum Vacations! Your feedback is appreciated and we're so happy you enjoyed your stay! There should've been a Keurig in the unit which is usually kept in a cabinet or the pantry closet, we will check and make sure that it is still there. We can't wait to welcome you back again, hopefully in the near future!

Pleasant stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the unit was very nice. The furniture was a little dated but functional. Balcony was a bit small and the was not able to turn off porch lite at all which attracted a lot of bugs. Ceiling fans would have been nice but the air conditioner worked great

We are pleased you enjoyed your stay with us at Platinum Vacations! Thank you so much for your feedback! Unfortunately, the HOA controls the front porch light. We have informed the owner about the suggestion about ceiling fans and they are updating some furniture. The accent chairs in the living room are new, custom made. We hope you come back to visit again real soon!
