Location, location, location! Our spacious studio at Luau I in the Resort offers 5-star accommodations, impressive amenities, and convenience to the most beautiful beaches on the Emerald Coast! In addition to nearby emerald-green waters and white sand beaches, guests can enjoy all that Luau I has to offer: a lagoon style swimming pool with a grotto waterfall, a bubbling hot tub, a kiddie pool, poolside lounge areas, an outdoor tiki bar, a community gas grilling area, a full fitness room, garage parking and more!

With its convenient location and impressive amenities, 7710 Luau offers resort life at its finest. Our spacious studio overlooking the Resort and The Gulf of Mexico features cozy furnishings, a kitchenette, and floor-to-ceiling windows. Sleeping accommodations include a comfy king bed and a sleeper sofa with a twin pull-out bed. The full bathroom is complete with a tub-shower combination. Our convenient kitchenette offers a mini-fridge, coffee maker, microwave and sink along with dinnerware and silverware. Perfect for making coffee and quick snacks! There is a coin operated laundry room nearby, and wifi is complimentary.

In addition to all the beach side of the Resort has to offer, The Baytowne Wharf on the bayside of the Resort is home to restaurants, boutique shopping and entertainment. Also nearby is the Silver Sands Outlet Center and Grand Boulevard for specialty boutique shopping and upscale dining. There is something for everyone - tennis, four golf courses, a full marina, walking and fitness trails, bicycle rentals, the list goes on!

Everything was perfect, five minute walk to the beach, beautiful warm pool, room has two refrigerators, great lookout in the top floor and the Tram was a nice bonus. Will definitely return!

The beautiful beach was just steps away and we enjoyed every bit of it. The rental had a couple of beach chairs and umbrellas that came in handy. We had a great stay and highly recommend this rental.

Relaxing and great location

We had such a great time! It was so relaxing and easy to get to all we wanted to do our vacation! The area was laid back, has lots of areas to enjoy relaxation! We will be booking again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Team is very responsive and replied every time I had a silly question. Parking is very easy, the deck does get a bit full at night and make sure you are at the correct tower. 3 codes to remember to get into the unit, so make sure you screen shot the codes because you will need them every time you head out. Water pressure in the show is amazing and the kitchenette has everything you need. Would stay here again.

Going Again!

The neighborhood was beautiful. The view was breathtaking! It was just a short walk to the beach which was convenient. It was a great end of summer vacation and I would definitely recommend the Luau. My only suggestion would be to get an ice machine and vending machine in Tower 1.

Beautiful property, pool and hot tub was really nice. The beach was a walk away and absolutely stunning. I would stay at the Luau again. There was construction going on so there was loud noise first thing in the morning every morning of our stay, and the smell of paint filled our room. My property manager Betty was very helpful from beginning of planning, during and after our trip. The tram was very convenient to get around the property. In all we had a wonderful week's stay.

End of summer trip

This was our second stay at luau and it was just as good as I remembered. Our condo had everything we needed. Bed was soft. Short walk to beach. Lots to do at the resort. We will stay again.

Excellent experience

I sent my wife and daughter to this property for a spring break getaway and they were nothing short of thrilled with their experience. First off, the property manager was absolutely awesome in terms of info, being available as needed, etc. When my daughter and wife arrived the unit was clean, the resort area was beautiful, and everything was as-described! We will definitely look to this manager and property again!

Wonderful & Clean

I appreciated the second refrigerator.The customer service was outstanding and simple to follow. I would certainly recommend this unit and area for another stay. Each morning I walked on the beach and then continued to walk near the golf course. Both areas were peaceful. My family has stayed in the Destin area for many years. some of our favorite restaurants are; Crab Trap, Back Porch, Beach House and then many restaurant in Baytown Wharf.

We enjoyed our stay at Luau. The room is nothing spectacular, but what you do get is convenience. Location to restaurants, stores and more importantly the beach and pool.I am a very flighty person and decided to book while headed down to the area. Because I did that, I didn't read the needed items and had to go out and purchase soap and few small things normally in a VRBO / Hotel (my fault).The only gripe i would say is update the coffee maker with something in the 21st century. Most people have coffee pods and don't want to bring filters and bags of coffee. Outside of that, enjoy the relaxation.

The location was perfect, you really do not ever have to leave the property if you take advantage of the on-site restaurant (which overlooks the beach), pools, and close beach access on the property! Will stay here again!

Perfect for a quick getaway!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was clean, manager communication was prompt, and the VIEW was BEAUTIFUL. A couple other things we loved besides those listed in the first sentence: tram transportation to bring us to all the hot spots included in stay and the short walk across the parking lot to the beach. Three items for improvement: 1. Better instructions on the tram service/routes left with tram cards in unit. We had to message management and ask around for times, pick up/drop off locations, etc. 2. Include parking garage vehicle height limit in listing. Our truck barely fit, had we known we would have just driven our other vehicle. 3. Information about the heated pool at the aquatics center at Baytown. The pool was freezing but luckily another couple in the elevator told us about a heated pool that the tram could take us to.

A weekend in June

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, our stay here was good. The tub and shower could use some attention as the water does not drain properly and the common areas like the elevator and lobby are very dated. We always travel with extra pillows and though we found 2 in the closet we wish they were bigger. The host communicated very well prior to our stay even helping us check in early. It was just an hour but that hour helped me get to the beach faster.The access to the beach is great. The access in and out of the location is good.
