The house was perfect for our needs. Great location next to the marina and a great restaurant. Plenty of space for family to us and games for the kids. Donna was a pleasure as a host.

Perfect location

We rented both Kent Island Beach Houses, and were more than happy with them! Location is excellent and the convenience was exactly what we were looking for. Property owners are very responsive and friendly. Overall great stay!

Donna made everything very easy. The house was beautiful, the kids had a blast playing in the huge backyard, and there’s a restaurant within walking distance.

Pure Relaxation

Perfect location next to a Restaurant, Bar & Marina- but you don't event have to leave your property to sit outside and have a beer and enjoy life!

Great stay,

The house at kentmorr marina was a great stay and the area very good as well! Its very roomy and has a lot of space for the 12 family members that we had. We spent alot of time on the spacious deck, and really enjoyed the view of the boats at the marina, Donna was a great host and welcomed us. Thank you! She also suggested great places to eat and go to. We would most certainly stay again!

Warm cozy beach house

Donna & Her husband could not have been nicer or more thoughtful. House is very well equipped and very clean. Everything a weekender would want to have at hand, including corn hole and bikes! Really fun location with Kentmorr Crab house across the street.

Bridal weekend

We had an amazing time. The house slept all us women perfectly. The outside yard was beautiful. All of us enjoyed our stay. Wish we had more time to enjoy all the amenities outside had to offer. Donna was a great host and easy to work and communicate with.

Premier Place to Stay for a Kent Island Shore Experience.

Clean and Well-Appointed Kitchen. Incrdible Sunsets and Patio. Right next to Kentmorr Marina and restaurant. We walked over the get on charter boat and eat at Marina. We Steamed Blue Crabs (with and recommendation for where from the host) with all of the accoutrements (Crab Dip, Hush Puppies etc). Donna (host)gave great referrals for local fishing charters, fresh corn, that were top shelf. Overall great experience and I am looking forward to next trip. We had 16 guests between this property and next door.

Donna was wonderful - great communication and everything was clean, organized and ready to go for a few families staying for the weekend for a wedding on Kent Island. Plenty of beds and room to spread out, kitchen had everything we needed, and the Marina across the street with a bar, restaurant, and small beach was an added bonus!

Great location and the host communication was excellent and she was very helpful. Living space was great and as advertised, and the kitchen well equipped. The bedrooms were a bit small except the large master, but that was a minor problem. Outdoor space with large deck and yard were great for the kids. Bring the crew. Lots of sleeping options. If we return to the area, we would rent this house again.Thanks, Donna!

Great Location

We rented this house as it was close to a group fishing charter we were going on. The house was spacious and had plenty of spots for a group of 11 grown men to sleep. The outdoor space is wonderful and looks to the marina. The house is in walking distance to marina/restaurant/beach bar. I would absolutely recommend this house.

We’ll appointed by the bay

We had a great stay this past June with Donna. She was helpful and easy to reach throughout the whole process. The house is well equipped with everything you could need but not cluttered. It was comfortable and an easy walk to a nearby beach. I highly recommend any stay with Donna!

Busy area

We enjoyed our stay but was not expecting the area to be so busy with traffic and all the cars parked along the property. The restaurant and tiki bar draw a lot of people. Enjoyed watching the boats coming and going out of the Marina.

Excellent

We had a wonderful 3 nights at this property. A very well appointed home with plenty of linens and supplies. Donn and Bob were great to interact with. We were a group of 10 adults and 3 kids and everyone had a great time at the house. A very comfortable home, clean and simple check in and checkout process. Will stay again.

Kent Island

In Maryland for a family wedding and we rented what I like to call the compound (two houses side by side) which suited our large family perfectly. There was plenty to do and we had comfortable, well stocked accommodations for us all to chill and have a great time. Thanks Donna and Bob for making our stay a wonderful experience.

Fantastic location for a group getaway

We had a wonderful time at the Kent Island Beach House II! A group of 11 of us traveled out for a weekend getaway near the water and this house was the perfect location. You can see the water from the back porch and can go for a swim and a drink across the street at Kentmorr. The kitchen was well stocked for an epic dinner that we cooked one night and the hammock in the back yard was definitely a fan favorite of the weekend. Donna was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.
