Hi Chuck, Thanks for taking the time to post a review. The $50 resort fee and the $16.95 per day parking fee charged by Kauai Beach Resort is an ongoing source of frustration for my guests, but which I unfortunately have no control over. I do try to make it very clear in the listing that these are fees that are pad directly to the resort so there are no surprises. Even so, booking direct through VRBO gets you a far better rate than booking through retail channels or directly from the resort. I hope you consider staying with us again on your next trip to Kauai.
