Amazing Views

First time at this property. Great central location. The ocean views were amazing. We will miss the sound of the waves. Condo had everything we needed. Nice to have beach chairs and a cooler to use. Would definitely stay here again.

Wailua Bay view

I came in late Saturday night and left very early Tuesday morning. The host accommodated me several times getting back to me with questions promptly. I did not swim at the beach shown in the picture. The view is wonderful with South Southeast directions & morning light. The Coconut Market or Longs Drugs is a short drivefew minutes.

Nice Property

The condo is clean and contained most things needed. It was wonderful sitting on the balcony and watching the surfers in the bay. It was a good location to get to various parts of the island. The pool was lovely. It was also within easy walking distance of several good restaurants. However, it is noisy. Some of the back louvered windows cannot close completely so the wind and crashing waves are loud at night. There is also a lot of traffic noise.

Ocean waves retreat in Beautiful Kauai’s Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay in this condo that was well equipped with most anything you might need during your stay. The kitchen had pans, spices and even food storage containers you might need, and there were beach chairs & even an ice chest. It was great to have a washer & dryer available, too! Both of us agree that this was a great central location that we would for sure stay in again!

Great location

Great place with amazing views. They provided snorkeling gear, chairs and umbrellas. Bakery and restaurants right across the street.

Wonderful stay!

View is absolutely beautiful and even better in person. Had all the accommodations we needed for our stay (beach chairs, kitchen needs, laundry, etc). The air conditioning worked great in the bedroom. Definitely would stay here again!

Perfect location and view

We loved having a balcony to watch the sun rise and have breakfast. It was walkable to shops and restaurants. Also centrally located for drives north and south.

Exactly what we needed!

The nice beachy vibe was perfect for the area, and the condo was centrally located for our planned activities. We kept busy on Kauai, and it was nice to have a comfy place to start and end each day.

Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had the opportunity to stay here in December, and it was just what we needed. The location is excellent, as it is relatively centrally located to a variety of areas. The sunrises were a beautiful way to start each day. The condo itself is well-furnished. This was a great experience for us.

Peaceful condo in great location

Our condo was well furnished and very comfortable. The view was amazing. I didn't realize that the beach we looked at was not suitable for getting in the water as the waves were too rough there but we loved watching the water and surfers daily. Great communication with the property manager. Pool was the perfect temp and never too many people. Good location, too!

Would Stay Here Again!

Gave 5 stars for the following reasons-- --CLEAN! --Well-stocked with not only the necessities, but also beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, ice chest --the view! (the balcony overlooks the ocean) --AC in bedroom works very well! --we had an issue with something in the condo, called the property manager, and she was there within one hour to fix it We loved our stay in this condo, we have no complaints, and we would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Stay

Amazing view from the balcony where we enjoyed our meals, watching the sunrise and taking in the scenery. The unit was centrally located, comfortable and met our needs. Management was responsive. Shopping and restaurants at Coconut Marketplace, beachfront food and drinks at Lava Lava and great baked goods at Passion Bakery all within easy walking distance. Look forward to returning someday!

Wailua condo

This property is close to shopping and restaurants. The view from the balcony is wonderful. The pool area is lovely and quiet. The condo itself is okay but needs more updating and maintenance.

The properly was ok, I had to deal with a lot of flying insets didn’t know where it was coming from. I think from one of the side window. I didn’t feel much of the Ocean breeze from the top building. The view was nice.

Very Clean!

This was a nice place to stay with great views of the ocean! It was spotlessly clean even though it is an older condo. There is a fabulous bakery across the street with amazing malasadas. My only complaint, if I had one, is the traffic noise in the morning since it is right off the main road. We ran the fan all night for white noise.

The location was great! Very convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. I like that they provided beach towels, chairs, cooler, and even had several ice trays so I could make ice and not have to pay for it. The condo was clean and well stocked. There were a couple things that could be updated ( carpet was dated) . The manager was great with communications, as well as the property manager. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

Best place ever!

This is the best Place on Hawaii we have ever stayed! There is no place in this unit that you can’t hear the ocean, and from the living room and kitchen the view is magnificent! Air conditioning in the bedroom made the hot Hawaiian nights very good for sleeping, and warm trade winds were such a pleasure out on the lanai. Fully equipped kitchen was great for cooking the morning breakfast. Management was super friendly and helpful about Island knowledge! Super convenient location for island exploring! Would definitely stay here again next time we visit Kauai!

The price was right

We love Wailua Bay View. The view is EVERYTHING! Unit 313 could definitely use some TLC, but we were happy to find it because it was priced accordingly. Management (Premier Kauai Vacation Rentals) gets 5 stars. Cindy was super responsive to anything that came up during our stay!

AMAZING VIEW!

We spent 2 weeks in room #313 over looking the ocean. It has a spectacular view! We’ve spent many weeks here in the past years, but have never felt so welcomed. We walked into our condo with Hawaiian music playing on the tv and Hawaii treats awaiting us on the table. We felt very special - Thank you! The 2 beach chairs, umbrella & cooler were also very appreciated. Mahalo 🌸

Bay View has a spectacular view of the ocean

We were a bit disappointed with the outdated condo. Some small issues included the cabinet door to the trash was broken and wouldn't close completely. The window sills of the louvered windows are most likely difficult to remove to clean and the dust showed. The dishwasher appeared wobbly. We removed our shoes upon entering the condo, but the dirt in the carpeting made our bare feet dirty. The front door would not latch completely when leaving, we needed to give it a good pull each time.The carpeting on the outside also appeared quite in need of a good cleaning

Great location!

Loacation was great view was 2/3 great and 1/3 hiway. JESSE, the property manager was great and a wealth of information including the derelict Coco Palms across the street. The unit was OK. Kitchen was marginal, in need of a remodel. The counter top was cracked and repaired with tape the toaster would not work, the top of the fridge was filthy and rusted. Pool isn't heated..too cold for grandkids. All things considered we would stay there again but in a different unit away from the road. All things considered we enjoyed the

The best backyard you'll ever have!

We stayed at Wailua Bay Condos for 10 days to celebrate our 25th anniversary. It was a fabulous vacation with more things to do than there were days to do them in. The condo is on the 3rd floor, and from your private balcony you have an amazing view of the ocean that never gets old. The check in and out process is super easy as the unit has a keyless entry. The washer/dryer unit in the condo made keeping our laundry done super convenient. There are plenty of extra towels, including beach towels to use during your stay. The two beach chairs and umbrella were so handy as we spent every afternoon on the beach. All in all, even though we didn't spend much time inside, the condo met all of our needs and was a nice place to stay.
