Welcome to Hoot Owl Hollow Cottage 1! Enjoy this brand new (built in February 2024), 1 bed, 1 bath cottage located in Springville just a few miles from one of the finest fishing and recreational lakes in the country, Kentucky Lake. Planning a fishing or boating trip? Enjoy the covered boat parking with electric hookups all 2.7 miles from the boat ramp and within 5 miles from several other options! Looking for a hideaway surrounded by nature? This property is situated on over 70 acres of select cut woodlands with plenty of nature to be found! Looking to be tucked away from the big city but yet wanting some fine cuisine and entertainment? All within 5 miles you will find some of the best restaurants and entertainment Henry County has to offer!

This cottage is equipped with a full kitchen including fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher and coffee pot. The living room is equipped with a couch, recliner and Smart TV with all the favorite apps. Wind down from the long day with a cozy queen sized bed! Enjoy a queen sized pull out couch in the living room for additional occupancy. Dirty laundry? Don’t stress, the cottage is equipped with a washer and dryer. Looking to enjoy the serenity of outdoor living? Enjoy the private deck overlooking the private fire pit and grill!

We really enjoyed our stay. They provide alot of the necessity you need so check before purchasing extras. Very clean which is an extra plus for me. Great location and loved the peaceful site.

Stayed at the property for a fishing trip. Everything was great. Property is minutes away from two boat ramps so easy access to the lake. I will recommend place to all my southern Illinois friends who travel down to the Paris TN area.

Perfect location with everything needed and plenty of parking.

This is by far the best place to stay if you plan on fishing the Paris TN area of KY Lake. Great host that is very helpful. I will be back to stay the next time I come to Paris TN.

Perfect place

This was a great place to stay when hauling a boat to enjoy the lake. They had ample room for parking & charging your boat with dry storage as well. Had all the amenities needed & nice private & secure location that was close to town. We will be back to stay.

Very Enjoyable

We only spent a couple nights here. It was peaceful and clean. Communication with the property manager was great. Small town cooking right around the corner that is great. Fishing down the street excellent. Definitely a great stay.

Nice place for fisherman. Covered shelter for boats. State ramp at end of the road. Host is super responsive!!I would stay there again.

Fishermen’s getaway

If you are a fisherman of any sorts that travels with a boat this place is for you. The place is out away from everything but close enough to everything. You are close to all kinds of boat ramps, for plenty of options. If you want to eat out Plenty of choices all within 15 minutes or shorter. The covered parking for your boat is awesome, and equipped with power, very handy! The place on the inside is very clean, practically brand new. You can still smell the fresh paint. If you are traveling with friends I wouldn’t recommend more than 2 per cottage unless you don’t mind sleeping together. But there is another cottage beside it if you were traveling with more and the covered boat parking holds 2 boats. I would recommend this place to anybody looking to enjoy the lake. We had a great time!
