Your cozy and unique getaway awaits in Springville at this wonderful A-Frame lake house. Plenty of space with 3 bedrooms including a master king bed, full size and twin bed in upstairs bedroom, and queen bed in separate apartment living space along with 2 bathrooms featuring showers and a laundry room. This property is perfect for fisherman, and families or groups of friends. Enjoy the spacious living room with a comfy queen sofa bed for additional sleeping space. Indoor and outdoor parking for boats, RV, toys, and vehicles. Close to Paris Landing state park and marina, Buchanan Resort,and walking distance to Sunset Bay Marina where you can launch your boat. Enjoy fishing from your boat or the dock at Sunset Bay marina on beautiful KY lake, canoe, kayak, go to Eiffel Tower kids park with splash pad, public swimming pool, tennis and pickleball courts, or go shopping in historic downtown Paris, TN on the square. Paris is home to the Worlds Largest Fish Fry! Plenty of parking for your vehicles, boat, jet ski, golf cart or ATV. Ideal for tournament fisherman. Beautiful public golf course nearby. If you like to relax we have an amazing deck where you can enjoy a great book, or your favorite beverage sitting outside on the wrap around deck with two fire pits on the property. Cook your meals in the kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee bar or on the new outdoor grill. If cooking is not your thing, go out and explore some of the great restaurants in the area. We are happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our amazing and unique lake house.

Amazing stay, beautiful property, great host! We made this trip last minute due to my grandmother passing and I couldn't be more happy with how amazing the house was for our needs. I wasn't aware the "third bedroom" with a full bed, sitting area, bathroom, plus washer and dryer, were all separate from the main house...instead it was located just off the garage. My girls loved having that space all to themselves! Everything was well stocked, clean, and perfect for a getaway!

Ideal set up for fishing out of Paris, boat ramp around the corner. Covered driveway for boat, nice house and apartment setup.

Great stay close to the lake and all amenities

When enjoyed our stay and spending time with friends and family on the lake. This property is close to several stores, the lake, and the city of Paris.

Took the kids fishing and it was a great stay. Waking distance to a lake. The house was spacious and the kids loved it.. we will be back next year

Overall this property served our needs for our family trip. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils and pots and pans you would need. The outdoor grill was of a good size and functioned well. It did need a good clean before use. The bed downstairs and in the apartment were very comfotable. The beds upstairs were not comfortable. The shower in the apartment had low water pressure. The shower in the house needs to have the tile redone soon. The roomy area outside was a great benefit for our grandkids to run and play. If you are looking for a roomy and quiet property fairly close to other towns with things to do this will be a good choice.

This spot was perfect for our crew. Very clean and well stocked with cooking accessories. Walking distance to a stocked pond and close to the golf course. Everything went as expected with no surprises.

Unbelievable stay, plenty of parking for boats especially tournament anglers who are up late rigging rods. Lisa went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. The neighbors are also great, checking in regularly to make sure we were doing great. I highly suggest staying here!!

Four very good friends all 55 to 73 ladies and we had a lovely time and found the cabin/ house user friendly and easy to enter we found the fire pits easy to use. We were delighted to have one private area of an apartment and had one of the ladies who really enjoyed a little peace and quiet of her own. The beds and bedding were lovely the towels were luxurious and we had a lovely time I would recommend this place to anyone! Wonderful parking and very quiet neighborhood with very friendly people! Thank you for hosting us

It was a beautiful area and well kept. It was unclear that the property contained two separate areas for the bedrooms and baths (both an apartment and main house). It worked out perfectly for our stay. There was plenty of room for parking our vehicles and boat. Would love to stay there again.

Overpriced for what was expected. Photos do not depict the actual property and there is no view of the lake. Facility was nice and clean, but not as expected.

I would like to clarify that all photos in the listing are of the actual property and accurately represent the accommodations, While the home is close to the lake, it is not lakefront property, Sunset Bay Marina is directly behind the home and has a dock with gas pumps and a ramp to launch your boat, all within walking distance of the property, We work hard to keep our pricing competitive with similar properties in the area. Great neighborhood to walk, ride your golf cart, and take in the beauty of the area.
