The living room is elegantly furnished and very well-kept, with a sofa bed a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group.

The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax and enjoy the lagoon view.

The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. There is a washer available for your laundry needs.

The bedroom with an ensuite bathroom contains a comfortable queen-size bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces.

The 1.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Guests will access the entire home and the building's shared facilities, such as the swimming pool (temporarily closed).

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
