I couldn’t say enough good things about this place. Ashley was fantastic and so quick at responding and helpful with setting up all our activities and making us feel comfortable in the home. The house itself was spectacular and just like the pictures show. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful family or friend vacation to Costa Rica who wants to feel comfortable and safe and just have a great time. Thanks again Ashley for everything we had the best family vacation ever!

My wife and I stay in this area of Costa Rica a couple of times a year. This year we took our entire family and stayed at Sueños Del Mar. The house was perfect for a large group. Our kids are in their 20's and early 30's and the house was exactly what we hoped for. Ashley was great to communicate with, and the house was in a perfect location only a 2-minute drive to Dominical and the grocery store. The villa itself is exactly as described. The rave reviews are accurate. We could go on about how great the house is, but it would be redundant to the other great reviews. We would recommend it to anyone who has a large group. A little secret is that the best beach in the area is right below the house at low tide. Don't hesitate to book this villa, you won't be disappointed.

We had an amazing stay at this house in Costa Rica. The owner was extremely accommodating, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire trip, making everything easy and stress-free from check-in to departure.The view was absolutely spectacular — waking up each morning to the scenery was one of the highlights of our vacation. The property itself was beautiful, relaxing, and perfectly suited for enjoying the natural beauty of Costa Rica.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and peaceful getaway.Thank you Ashley and see you next year

Awesome property Nice and helpful people Ashley thought of pretty much everything in this house. Private chef was great and kitchen was stocked with all the cookware and dishes they needed to make a memorable meal. View is as amazing as the house.

Perhaps more home treatment for insects (particularly the large ones) is in order. We invested heavily in Raid and other methods to get things back in order. The room next to the pool in particular had too many unwanted insect visitors the first few nights.

We did experience a particularly heavy storm during your visit, which has the potential increase bug activity. That said, we do live in a tropical jungle environment where indoor-outdoor living is a normal and an expected part of the experience. We are a family of 8 adults (our 4 kids and 2 significant others). The 5 bedrooms were perfect for our group. As all the reviews state, Ashley was a great concierge helping us with reservations, transportation and our general needs. We also had Chef Rosbin come twice to cook for us. The food was delicious and plentiful. We spent several days just relaxing poolside. The house was very comfortable and it was a great vacation reconnecting with the family.

The entire booking, planning and stay was the best experience we ever had. The owner, Ashley went above 5 stars in her role in making this a family vacation none of us will ever forget. Ashley recommended, organized and booked our events every suggestion was spot on. We had the trip of a lifetime there. We felt safe and well taken care of in her beautiful home with spectacular views. The listing and pictures are 100% accurate and updated. Go there!!!!

Great Times

Wonderful stay. Ashley, the host is outstanding and always addressed any issues we had.Would recommend staying here. Pool was the best part.

Beautiful house and pool with an outstanding view of the beach. Dominical is perfect for surf and boogie boarding with a great beach, lessons and board rentals right down the street. The 3 minute drive to restaurants, shops and grocery store made dining and shopping super easy. Ashley helped us schedule a fishing charter and my kids had a blast. We had a great vacation!

Our family of 9 were fortunate to spend Christmas week at this lovely home. Our hostess Ashley was exception in her assistance in making this a trip of a lifetime for our family. She was of great assistance in helping us with planning our excursions. Our Top Notch off shore fishing trip was something we will never forget! Horseback riding, surf lessons and a ATV trip through the jungle were also highlights for many of us. We schedule a couple of dinning experiences with Chef Robsin were fabulous. The house was far better than the photos and we fell in love with Dominical.

You will not find a better place!! View Check, Amenities Check, Host Double Check. Private bedrooms layout gives you that resort feel, but with the comforts of home.

Summer Vaca

We enjoyed our vacation immensely! Ashley was super helpful in providing needs for our stay, as well as, setting up rental cars, booking waterfall tours, fishing excursions and Chef Rosbin and his wife for us to enjoy delicious dinners during our time at Suenos Del Mar! We can’t wait to visit again!

I’ve stayed in plenty of VRBOs and Ashley was by far the best host I’ve ever had. The house is absolutely beautiful! The bedrooms and bathrooms were amazing, and with five couples we still had more than enough space to spread out and relax.The pool is definitely the highlight of the property — we spent most of our trip out there. Hearing and seeing the waves while we lounged was unbelievably relaxing.From the very beginning, Ashley went above and beyond. She helped arrange our airport transportation, excursions, and even a rental car. Even the chef and bartender we hired were blown away by the house.We truly cannot wait to come back!

Relaxed luxury vacation!

Everything was perfect!! The host graciously supported our much delayed arrival (bad traffic conditions); the accommodations were incredible; the location is fantastic; the checkout was simple! And the personal chef Chef Rosbin and Wendy were AMAZING!! 10 out of 10 Highly recommend!

Best place for group to stay in Dominical!

Ashley was the most gracious hostess! She is from NC and she knows hospitality! Her home is absolutely stunning and so comfortable! Beautiful paintings everywhere. Well stocked kitchen! Our Chef, Rusben Was fabulous! Best snapper I’ve ever eaten!!! His desserts were so delicious and homemade! 5 star meals!!! We will be back!!!

Truly Amazing Stay

From top to bottom, a phenomenal experience... Communication with Ashley was great from the start - you can tell she really cares about her guests' experience.The house looks beautiful in the photos, but they don't even do it justice. Not only are there so many amazing views, but the home had nice thought-out touches throughout that made our stay extra enjoyable.We're so glad that we hired Chef Rosbin to be there for our trip. His meals were absolutely delicious, and he was wonderful. It made things so easy!!!I'd recommend Ashley and her home to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway.

Family Vacation

Beautiful property, I will duplicate this build on our land in Utah. National Park near Quepos was Awesome, and the Nauyaca Waterfalls nearby was Outstanding. Do not visit the Animal Reserve nearby. The Cook and wife Wendy Awesome and Outstanding. Great People. Also great people in the Neighbor hood stores and restaurants.
