Unwind in Kent at this lovely house. With 5 bedrooms, including two brilliant king beds and a three delightful queen beds, our property offers a serene retreat for guests. The house features 2.5 bathrooms, complete with a hair dryers in the full bathrooms for your convenience. Enjoy the comforts of WiFi, heating, AC, washer and dryer, and an iron during your stay. The family room is open and inviting with a well proportioned kitchen with plenty of seating for the whole family. The separate living room and dining room provide additional space to relax and unwind. Make your travel to Kent one for the books with a stay at our place.

Amazing home

This home was absolutely beautiful! It was clean and perfect for my family. I have no complaints at all. I would have just one recommendation…. To add TV’s in the bedrooms.

Wonderful place to stay

We very much enjoyed staying at Nicole’s place. Our extended family of 9 (5 adults and 4 kids) had plenty of space and bathrooms. The location was great, the kitchen was big enough with plenty of dishes for the large group. The beds were comfortable. I took one star away because of some odd things, like not having extra rolls of paper towels, and not having soap in the bathrooms. The host was very responsive and told us where we could find more soap. It sounds like maybe the previous guests took some things. Check out was easy. Overall, we would definitely consider staying there again.

Perfect stay

I really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home and safe area or community. The home was supplied with many amenities which I didn’t even know about until the last day I stayed but I am grateful for the thoughtfulness the host brought to our stay. Thank you and I can’t wait to come back again.

Outside space/deck

Inside of home was great! Outside needs some work (deck furniture broken, grill dirty, deck rail missing a section- safety issue)

Lots of pros, a few cons

Great stay! Easy communication with the owner. The house was just as listed and accommodated our family well. The rooms were great sizes and beds were comfortable. We would recommend upgrading the grills as we were unable to use either of them, and having a few spices or salt/pepper on hand would be a great. We also would recommend adding tv’s to a few bedrooms as there was only the 1 in the family room for us all to use. A check in and check out list or folder would also be helpful for guests to know what is expected, especially upon leaving. All in all this was a great property, close to grocery stores, restaurants, and sites. Not far to get to downtown Seattle either! We would definitely recommend this house to others and stay if in the area again.
