We stayed at the home for a long weekend prior to a cruise. We were pleasantly surprised by the neighborhood and how diverse the food options were within walking distance. We were able to enjoy an easy commute into the downtown for sightseeing. The owner was great at communication and very helpful. I would encourage others to rent this property.

We really enjoyed our stay, it was the little things that made us feel cozy and relaxed. A well equipped kitchen, nice toliet paper (not the thin stuff), very comfortable bed and pillows, even the shower towels were well liked!The host was quick to respond to the few questions we had.Not a critic, just a note for those with kids, I wouldn't call this a kid friendly house with it's beautiful environment, with some great art and unique decorations. The rooms were spacious and well stocked with sheets pillows. If we return to Seattle, we would stay here again.

This house was clean and comfortable. We found it inviting with many thoughtful extras like an ice maker and a Nespresso with coffee available. The tv was large and made watching the Seahawks game very easy. Backyard fully fenced was a great spot for the grandkids to run off some energy. This was a perfect family gathering spot for attending a nearby graduation.

Great experience!

We had a great experience! The host was friendly, and communicative. We were only here for one night for a concert at Lumen, and our only regret is we didn't spend much time at the house - it was wonderful!

Property was overall clean but had a lot of ants in one of the bathroom. We went to use the washer and drier and realized:1) They only rinse the towels and bed sheets to be faster at cleaning as the washer was still on the "rinse only" cycle2) The cleaning wasn't fully done as the dryer was full of towels and bed sheets that we folded and put away for them. It was listed as having AC but it was only in 2 out of the 4 bedrooms. While we understand that Seattle is rarely that hot, however on a hot summer day, like the day of our arrival, the house was very hot and 2 bedroom just would not cool off.While conveniently located to business, the house is located in poor neighborhood with kids smoking pot in front of the house and such. Otherwise it is very convenient to the Seatac airport.
