The Heron House is a fully equipped home for your relaxing getaway or for a fun filled family trip. You will love entertaining your guests on the upper deck with our gas firepit and cozy chairs or fire up the grill and show off your grill master skills

This comfortable home provides the perfect launch pad to enjoy all that NW Arkansas has to offer. Bring your mountain bike or hiking boots to enjoy the miles of local trails. Play a round at one of the 7 lakes or drive 15 minutes to downtown Bentonville and Crystal Bridges. At the end of your day come home to the best view on Lake Rayburn where there are two firepits, a picnic table, BBQ, books, board games and two fishing kayaks. Come make memories at The Heron House. *You will have access to park your vehicle inside the garage space as well as be able to leave bikes safe and secure during your stay.

We decorated the home so that family and friends can feel at home, relax, put your feet up, enjoy entertaining in a fully stocked kitchen and still be able to have privacy within the 3 comfortable bedrooms and outdoor decks. Small Issues

The house is great along with the location. Looking forward to returning in spring or summer. The owner/property manager should note that the propane fire pit does not stay on. Also, the oven only heats at 350. You cannot adjust the oven temperature. The digital numbers display that adjust the oven temperature does not work.

Wonderful lake condo

My family had a wonderful time during our stay. My kids were able to fish and kayak just steps away. The host was super responsive on any questions I had.

Flawless. 10/10. Amazing place!

Everything about this wonderful property is simply perfect. The condo is spacious and beautiful. Everything you need is here. The lake is gorgeous and quiet. The mountain biking on the neighboring trails is truly world-class, unique, thrilling. The town of Bentonville is quaint, safe, accessible, low-traffic, and interesting. All in all, we had a 10/10 stay and look forward to returning in the future. I am very grateful to the owner for allowing us to experience Bella Vista this way.

Awesome weekend at Bella Vista

Host was great. House was great with a really nice location and view. Had everything we needed. Kitchen was well supplied. Would stay again. Really enjoyed Kayaking on the small like by the house.

Wonderful experience

This is the second time we have stayed at Heron House 2. Comfortable, relaxing, lots to do and see in The area. The home is beautiful and the view of the lake superb. Can’t wait to come back agai.

Superb lake view, lovely decor, well equipped home

Our family group of 7 thoroughly enjoyed the weekend at Heron House. I revelled in the glorious decor, upper end furnishings and well equipped kitchen. The deciding factor for us was the peaceful lake view. The notebook in the house tells the code for the kayaks and other helpful info. Host Regan was responsive in getting more beach towels and answering questions. She arranged guest passes and I paid for them at the clubhouse. She texted passes and brochure with info. We would gladly stay here again and again!

Second Summer Stay Success!

This was my family's second year staying for a week at Heron House. Everyone loved it, from the 3 year old to the 70 year old to the dog! Our favorite things are the kitchen, which is fully loaded for cooking, the kayaks, the life vests, and the multiple porches and sitting areas so everyone can spread out. Oh, and comfy beds after long days on the water. We hope to make it a family tradition and return for a third year!

Peaceful Getaway

We enjoyed the beauty of the lake from the house, and while floating on rafts and kayaking. It was quiet and peaceful. It was also close to hiking, activities in Bella Vista and Bentonville, groceries (we used a nearby Walmart), and food. The house was cute, well-kept, and had everything we needed. It was great to be able to bring our dogs as well. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect Dog friendly lake house

Bella Vista and close by Bentonville is a great overall vacation destination. Our dogs loved the boat access driveway going straight into the water. 50 acre lake was perfect for kayak and paddle board! Golf, hiking, biking and a world class art museum was awesome!

Herrins at the Heron

The house was beautiful, comfortable and well appointed. We enjoyed having the dock on the lake at the edge of the yard. The community had only dead end streets so there was no traffic. The lake was small so there was no loud boat motors.

house with a view!

This house had everything we needed for our stay. It was really nice to have a pack n play and a high chair that we didn’t have to pack and bring with us. The view was beautiful and everyone enjoyed the lake and getting to use the water toys. Thank you for letting us stay here and make more memories with our family!

Family Father's Day

We had a wonderful time. There's SO much to do in the area and this home was delightful. Perfect bedroom set up for grandparents (upstairs) and family with kids downstairs. We've stayed in the area before and want to mention the parking & driveway was so convenient.

Nice house

It was a nice house on a beautiful lake! Great riding. The third bedroom is more of a living room but okay for a quick stay.

Girls Trip

This was one of the most relaxing Girl's trips we've ever taken. The house is easily accessible but located out of the hustle & bustle of Bentonville. We enjoyed the lake view with morning coffee & relaxed with evening lights on the water after shopping. Absolutely perfect!

Beautiful Lake Property

We rented the property for a weekend tournament in Bentonville. It is in a beautiful location. We really enjoyed the furniture and decorations. We did kayak several times which was fun. It’s a quick drive to Bentonville and right off of highway 71. We would definitely stay there again.
