Private Beach Access, Community Pool & Two Suites

Hello Jessa, thank you for your feedback and for choosing to stay with us! We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the condo, its great location, and the overall comfort of the property. We also appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. We understand how disappointing it must have been to cancel your golf cart rental, and we'll review our listing details to ensure this information is communicated more clearly to future guests. Additionally, we sincerely apologize for the issue with the washer and dryer. That is certainly not the experience we want our guests to have. We have shared your comments with our maintenance team so they can inspect the unit and address the problem promptly. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an even better stay in the future!

Thank you for the review! We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay. See you again soon!

We are sorry to hear that your experience fell short of expectations. Please be aware that we use wide-angle lenses to capture as much of the space as possible, which allows guests to fully appreciate the property's layout. We provide starter kits with essential supplies for our guests, but these are not intended to last the entire stay; guests are expected to purchase any additional supplies needed. Additionally, an extra cleaning fee was applied due to the state in which our home was left at your departure. Our cleaning team has addressed this, ensuring the home is now in pristine condition. We strive to maintain high standards for all our guests and appreciate your understanding.
