House was nice and very close to beach. Was shocked to see all the beach items and wagons for use. Only con was there was only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom.

Overall good. Kids were excited about the pool but when we got there it wasn't as big as they'd hoped. So small in fact they didn't bother getting in the entire stay. Outside of the grass not being cut and the dryer being broken, the house was immaculate and in a safe area. We will surely be booking again!!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the home, found it immaculate, and felt comfortable in the area. We’re also happy to know you had a good overall stay and are considering booking with us again. We appreciate you mentioning the pool size, lawn care, and dryer. With there being 2 washer and dryer sets in the house you still had a working dryer. We understand how important these details are, especially when traveling with family, and we’ll share your feedback with our team so these areas can be reviewed. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us. We look forward to welcoming you back for another visit!

This house was amazing! We had a group of 9, (4 adults and 5 young kids). The house was the perfect setup. Extremely clean, great part of destin, and an easy walk to the beach access. We loved every minute! The pool was also a nice thing to have at the end of every beach day and the fire bowl by the pool — ahhhh loved it so much. We were sad to leave!! Thank you for allowing us to rent your slice of paradise.

The beach was great- short 6 minute walk

Location next to loud RV park, house is great. We had 6 of us and it was just right! Shops and restaurants in walking distance. Golf cart was a great add on!

In the time we've owned this home, we have never had any concerns raised regarding noise as the RV owners are permanent residents who are primarily retirees. I'm glad you liked the golf cart and the walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Excellent house

The house was excellent. Lots of room for the whole family to spread out. The patio is very nice, but the pool is small and therefore very warm even in May. The decks are a plus. The neighborhood is nice but not a lot of sidewalks for walking.

Clean and modern

We enjoyed our stay at Sunny Treasures. The house was spotless, and having our own private pool was great. The kitchen has everything we needed. The golf cart was great, but the walk to the beach wasn’t bad. Would definitely recommend staying here.

House was very clean and well decorated. Pool was tiny.

Rental process was easy. Check-in and check-out was also easy. Two washer/dryer sets made it easy for multi-families.

Ladies Weekend

The location and property were perfect for our ladies weekend. A wonderful kitchen with a 10 seat island that we literally hung out around all the time. Bedrooms and baths were great and the coastal interior was beautiful. Our hosts were very available for any questions and information. Loved our stay!!!

Perfect location

Quiet street, great outdoor area and beautiful house. The golf cart is perfect to get to the beach and drive up the scenic road. The kids loved the pool and spent hours swimming. Lots of stores and restaurants to get to on the golf cart and grocery stores a short drive away. We had a wonderful time.

So Much Room!

The property was super clean, well appointed with everything we needed for our stay, and had SO MUCH ROOM! We were down for a school related event and knew we'd have lots of visitors in and out. We were able to enjoy ourselves without being piled on top of one another. Great stay!

Great location, close to golf courses, shopping, and restaurants.

This was the first home we stayed at in Florida that had absolutely everything we needed - even a crockpot! The home was nicely decorated, clean, and neat! We had a wonderful time; however, the month went by too quickly. Maybe 2 months next year!
