This was a great place to stay, very clean and reasonably priced. Our daughter got married in Clare, and we were just a half mile from the venue. It’s also an easy walk to the downtown shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place and the larger sister unit next door. My brother’s family stayed there and it looked great to if you need more than two bedrooms.

It was just suppose to be a quick trip in to see family but because of this little place my girls begged to extend our stay and we just that. It’s just the perfect size. Morgan was the easiest and sweetest host! Easy to check in and out. Clean. Adorable. Cozy. Close to walk the town. Conveniently located. We will definitely be back.

Enjoyed our trip, host made everything easy and was available. Little touches like s'mores ,lots of extras. Look forward to returning again.

2 night stay

Great place and location. Downtown was a 7 minutes walk. Mattresses were very comfortable and clean. Very nice and cozy little house.

Hidden Gem

Very clean and comfortable with so many extra amenities. Very tastefully furnished with an abundance of very helpful information to help us navigate the area. We were very impressed and will definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Beautiful and clean 500 District Guest House. We only needed to stay one night but could have definably been comfortable staying longer. House kitchen and bath was equipped with all the basic necessities and some other fun stuff! We enjoyed our stay and also enjoyed coffee and breakfast downtown at 505 Café which is also owned by the 500 District.

Cozy and clean!

My friend and I stayed here in June. We brought our bikes to ride the Pierre Marquette Trail. We loved this rental and want to stay again! It’s very clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The two bedrooms are good sized. We enjoyed the little backyard with the privacy fence and party lights. We were very satisfied with this rental!

Super Cute and Convenient

Super cute and convenient. This place had everything we needed. It gave us a quiet place to recuperate and clear our minds. The hot chocolate and marshmallows was a sweet surprise.

Family trip

We came here for horse progress days. This is perfect for our family of 3. Super clean, quiet. We even had a big group stay in suite A and you couldn’t hear anything they were doing. The beds and pillows are so comfortable! Communication with the owner was simple and easy. I highly recommend this cute place!

The only reason we gave the property a 4 was because of the broken thermostat. Because of the thermostat problem we had to use every fan in the place. There were also no screens in the property so we couldn't enjoy the night breeze to cool the place down

This is the cutest little place. With its own fenced in outside space with an electric fire pit. Host even supplied s’mores ingredients. The only thing it doesn’t have is a table to eat at which didn’t bother us at all. We prefer the outside space. We will definitely book again
