The 2 bathrooms offer a shower, bathtub, and more. Relax in this adorable getaway and make unforgettable memories at the Candy Apple Cottage. We look forward to welcoming you to our place. A peaceful cozy cottage nestled in the woods on quiet dirt roads of White Birch Lakes Recreational Association. Enjoy mornings watching wildlife, and evenings by a campfire. CLUB HOUSE AMMENITIES: INDOOR POOL, billiards, basketball, tennis, pickleball, playground, putt-putt golf. You can fish or swim in 3 small lakes located within our association.
Just 12 min. to Downtown Clare where you will find many restaurants, grocery stores, entertainment, shopping and the famous Cops and Donuts! We are 35 min. to Mt. Pleasant featuring Soaring Eagle Casino, waterpark, golf, movie theater, shopping & restaurants. And just 15 min from Snow Snake Ski & Golf for summer and winer time outdoor adventures.

Property very inviting and clean. Host, Linda, is kind and responsive to any questions. A little disappointed with the beach areas and the heated pool was cold.Was very relaxing just enjoying the yard and the wildlife.

Was a great cabin that felt like an actual vacation home and not something only used for rentals. Plenty of amenities on site, we loved the indoor pool, went in 2 different lakes, used the playground at the campground, and went through the trail. Had almost everything we needed to cook, not the minimal stuff you sometimes get at a rental and then have to buy yourselves just to make a simple meal. Plenty of things to see and do nearby, but you still feel you're far from towns. Would definitely go again.

Restful location and very comfortable.

The location in the woods was the best. So quiet. Only the deer came to visit. It is very private and easy to relax. All the furniture was excellent including the mattresses. The cleanliness was utmost and we had everything we needed to make ourselves at home.. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

Beautiful wooded setting. Loved watching the deer. Tastefully and simply decorated, and especially enjoyed the owners artwork in one of the bedrooms. Very clean and well-appointed.
