Great location close to beach! Would recommend that the property get treated for bugs more frequently as we did come across 2 roaches inside and mosquitoes in the backyard area.

This is a wonderful property, very clean rooms and all, comfortable, quiet area. The pool is awesome and very clean. They don't bother you at all. Dog friendly and doesn't smell like dog either. I would stay here over and over!

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was as described, clean and comfortable! Short golf cart ride over to the beach and restaurants. We had a little trouble figuring out the thermostat, but with a quick text someone got back to me immediately and helped us resolve the issue. Customer service and communication was top notch! Would recommend and stay again when visiting Port A!

This is a wonderful property with a great location. The 3 bedrooms were perfect for 5 people. We were planning on having 7 which would have been fine as well because the couch is super comfortable and is plenty large for 1 or 2 people to sleep on. The property was in excellent condition and was a cool reprieve from the hot and humid weather we had. I wish there was a small gas grill to cook on the back patio, but the kitchen was well stocked with pans, dishes, bowls, and spices to have a couple of great meals each night. This will be on the top of my list for future visits to Port A.

Great Stay

We enjoyed this property. The house was nice and clean and the kids enjoyed the pool on the property. Port A is great because you can drive on the beach which means carrying all the things to the beach is super easy. This house also had beach chairs, canopy and even body boards in the garage area.

The only reason I didn’t give this a five star rating is because the air-conditioning went out on our last night there. I will say that the company sent maintenance workers out to fix the problem, but it did take about four hours before we had air-conditioning. Other than that, this is a fantastic property. It was in a superb location. Very close to downtown. Very close to a gas station very close to a beach entrance it was clean. The pool was fine. The little extras were perfect.

Beach time

This property was very clean and well stocked. Floor plan was ideal for multi generations. My only suggestions would be blackout shades for upstair bedroom due to garage lights from other units also an inside broom would be great

Another fun weekend at the beach!

Avantstay certainly steps it up as a property group. Great welcome package and the house was clean and nice. Loved having access to a garage and storage for our beach things. Great parking for multiple cars and the location being on 11th st gives great access and is just minutes away from everything on the island. Will seek out avantstay properties any time we rent moving forward.

nice place but leaky!

Nice location and floor plan; there is a long standing water issue with the upstairs bath which needs to be resolved; the house smells kind of moldy!

Clean and comfortable. Bathroom door was broke but not that big of deal. Location is perfect! Pool was closed due to “contamination” so we never even got to swim which was a big reason we booked this place. It was closed last time we came too, to many people making a mess.

Nice Condo

Condo was decorated beautifully and the location was great. Quiet complex with easy access to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.The only slight issues were the property could have been cleaner at check in and with the rain, the WIFI and backup WIFI were out for 2 days. This made it hard to relax and watch TV after a long day at the beach because all the TVs are smart TVs. Be sure to have your Roku log in handy if you have one to make access to the TVs easier. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

Great communication by text messages. We felt like we could reach out and we did. Pool area beautiful and clean! We would have liked written instructions on the thermostat and the tv. The WiFi sent to me before the stay was incorrect. The tv remote needed batteries. The margarita machine was a nice touch but it was broken. All little things because overall it was wonderful!
