We only accept booking for the months of January and February if booked together. No less than 2 months booking for those two months.

Only 3 minutes walk to the beach, this one bedroom is located in a beautiful Spanish style triplex and nestled in a lush tropical setting. The wood fencing offers privacy to the front courtyard. The heated in ground pool surrounded by pavers, is perfect for sunbathing, dining and relaxation . This gorgeous property has a guest house feel and is steps to Fort Lauderdale Beaches. It is beautifully decorated and has a new gourmet kitchen with granite counter top and stainless steel appliances. Tile flooring throughout and wide-open living, dining and kitchen areas maximize light and views through the large windows overlooking the courtyard and the pool .The bedrooms has a Queen bed and separate walk- in closet.

Fort Lauderdale is a city on Florida's southeastern coast, known for its beaches and boating canals. The Strip is a promenade running along oceanside highway A1A. It's lined with upscale outdoor restaurants, bars, boutiques and luxury hotels. From the moment we got there it went smooth. We received a call from the property manager shortly after we arrived. Asked if we had any questions and also gave us some recommendations for places to eat. The building itself is a little older, but the character of the house and pool yard was beautiful. We will definetly stay again.

All in all, the stay was enjoyable. The pool was very nice, and the property was nice as well. It was a bit dated, but that is personal opinion. My wife smelled a musty smell. The biggest suggestion would be to place some sort of black out shades or at a minimum change out the position of the motion light that is right outside the bedroom window. It would come on and stay on at night illuminating the room so brightly that it made it nearly impossible to sleep. I would stay there again as the location is fantastic and understanding that it is an older unit, it is satisfactory. I would bring a sleep mask though.

We were there for a long weekend stay so not long. The location was great - close to the beach. Very nice that the unit has a dedicated parking space. The pool was was very nice. We typically don’t use a pool, but we were in this one a few times. It was kept clean and is heated. The unit itself was as described in the photos and description.

Well heated and clean pool. You only share the pool with two other units and never busy. 2 minute walk across the street to the beach. Grocery store, Walgreens, restaurants and bars all well within walking distance. Property manager/owner great toWork with and communicates well. This is our 5th year coming for for at least a few days but usually a week to 10 days.

Excellent location and wonderful hosts

We rented this property for a friend who was visiting and were very satisfied. The apartment is large and well maintained and the location is terrific. All around an excellent experience.

A slice of calm and quiet among the hi-rises.

Our second visit to this property. We love that we are at ground level and can enjoy the pool before we make a short stroll to the beach. You are in the heart of town but feel like you have landed in a real neighborhood.

Girls getaway

We have been vacationing in Fort Lauderdale for over 10 years while our children were still young. Since then we have returned again and again first as a family and recently just the two of us. We have decided to retire here because of all the wonderful family memories we have in Fort Lauderdale and the beautiful beaches and sunny skies. We fell in love with Palm Shadows at first sight over 5 years ago and were finally able to acquire it

The Spanish style L shape architecture with court yard and the pool situated in the front of the property as well as the tropical lush setting made us feel in a paradise and in constant holidays. It is the ultimate vacation home that one could dream off.
