Cute Place

We had a good stay! The pond and firepit in the morning was just a great place to start your day! The hot tub was relaxing to end your evening! We would definitely stay again!

Hidden Gem

What a beautiful property. Quiet, secluded and peaceful. We loved sitting out by the pond.

Fall Getaway

We had a family gathering at the Tranquil Country Escape. The kids loved fishing in the pond. Please note the dock in pictures is closed. You'll need to fish from the bank. The beds were nice new memory foam type. The home was really clean. There were plenty of paper towels, trash bags and other home essentials. Lake Tonkawa State Park was about 40 mins away. Close enough for a day trip to go hiking, kayaking and swimming. We would stay here again.

The outdoor trash bins, all 3 of them, were completely full and smelled. When I asked the host about it, they wanted us to pull all of them out to the road. The house sits approximately 300 feet from the road. Secondly, there are dead trees around the over hang for the parking. This is an extreme hazard and the lawn had not been cleaned of fallen limbs. The furniture in the home is extremely uncomfortable. We did enjoy the neighborhood Peacock, though. He was a treat to watch.
