Excellent stay in Big Sky. Darren is a great host and easy to communicate with. This is a great spot for accessing BZN airport, Yellowstone, and many great restaurants within Big Sky.

The property was great! Darren was responsive when we were lost and helpful. The property is over Word-of-mouth Bistro, Google Maps got confused! My only real complaint is the pillows, they are flat and sad! Overall, the property was great and close to everything.

The unit was clean and had nice amenities. I would say another fan at this time of year would have been helpful. Although it’s Montana, it does get warm in a small second floor apartment.

Apartment was even better than we expected! Close to hiking, restaurants, and brewery. Having a washer and dryer in the apartment to use was an added bonus. If we return to Big Sky, this apartment will be our first choice. Communication from host exceeded expectations.

Great stay! Conveniently located to the shuttle to the mountain and shops and restaurants. The condo was well appointed. Would definitely stay again!

New updated clean property. Host is excellent. Very quick to get back to you. Be aware the place is above a bar that plays music from 5-10pm Monday-Friday. Otherwise great place.

Great location for our Big Sky ski trip! Restaurants and bars are within walking distance and easy access to shuttles to the mountain.Unit doesn’t have extras, so keep in mind you will only be supplied with exactly what you need (3 towels, no extra blankets, etc). No body wash or laundry detergent, so bring your own.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay at this unit again.

This spot was great for my boyfriend and I! right in the town of big sky walkable to bars restaurants stores etc. will definitely stay here next time we come back!

6 miles from big sky resort. Central location village means walking to dinner, pubs, grocery store. Owner friendly and super responsive

Five Star Stay

This VRBO was lovely! It had Montana charm with upgraded amenities. This was our first time in Montana and it exceeded our expectations. It was within walking distance to all of our wedding activities and we felt like we were tucked away in our own sanctuary. It is also close to a great hike. We ended up needed to stay another night & Darren was able to accommodate us a few hours prior to check out. We will for sure be back!

Daughters wedding

Very clean, everything we needed and nicely remodeled. Great bathroom and convenient location. Enjoyed the restaurant below- food was very good. Only trouble was not receiving the lower level main entrance code - fortunately after 5 min of trying the manager came through. Otherwise a perfect and wonderful stay!! Highly recommend.

Interesting place in Big Sky

Very nice little condo, very well equipped and comfortable. Easy, short drive to the mountain or shops in town. Only drawback is the very loud pub underneath. Starts up at lunch and goes through the night. Most nights they wind down around 10pm as indicated, but a few nights it went on long after, into the wee hours.

As expected

Condo was in great condition. Clean, extra blankets, extra pillows, plenty of towels. Easy walk to everywhere in the towne center. A little noise late from the bar below, but didn’t bother us. No fans to help move air, so that’s the only thing I’d say could improve. No hair dryer either. Comfortable bed. Host replied by text in a very timely manner. Would definitely stay here again.

Loud music from the bar downstairs but the host was great!

I thought the kitchen was very nice as was the washer and dryer. Unfortunately, it would’ve been nice to have body soap and laundry detergent already in the unit. The bed was also not very comfortable and could’ve been nicer. The living room televisions and Alexis were all great. It was very loud all the nights with the bar music from downstairs. But the host was responsive and helpful always thank you so much.

The apartment is as advertised - it is small but gets the job done for a ski trip. The comments about the loud noise from the bar downstairs are very accurate - it can be so loud inside the apartment.My biggest complaint is the check in process. The host uses an electronic keypad to enter the unit. When I arrived at 11PM I entered the code that was sent to me and it would not allow me in the unit. I tried many times without success. I texted and called the host approximately 10 times without any reply. I was stuck standing in the hallway outside the unit for 3 hours. I walked over to the nearest hotel at 3AM and when I was about to pay for a night at the hotel, the host texted me back and told me to try the code again. I walked back to the unit (in the snow with all my luggage in the middle of the night), and this time the 4 digit code unlocked the apartment. The host did not take ownership over this mistake on his end. I was very frustrated with the customer service from VRBO also, as they made me wait 3 hours without offering me compensation to stay elsewhere. For the price I paid, I should not have to worry about gaining entry to the property. Something to strongly consider if you plan on arriving late at night - might be best to have a backup plan and reach out to the host prior to arriving to ensure the code is accurately set up.

While our place is one of the most affordable options in the Big Sky area with an unbeatable location, I apologize that the late-night entry issue impacted your arrival, and we'll be improving our backup process for future guests.

Overall a pretty good place to stay. It is super close to the town center so an easy walk or quick drive. Plenty of options for food or shopping. The WiFi is pretty fast which is great since cell service can be spotty in the area. There is a fan for warmer nights but with the windows open, we didn’t need it. It also has a nice view of the mountains from the living room window.

Just the ticket

Excellent location. Quiet, good beds,nice bathroom and shower. Bakery/coffee shop across parking lot with good food and coffee. Walking distance to new movie theatre, ski shuttle, restaurants, market. I hope this unit will be available for my next visit. Thanks!
