Located just one block from the ocean and steps from beautiful Lake of the Lillies, this five bedroom home in Point Pleasant Beach is the perfect place to spend a relaxing or fun filled vacation on the beautiful New Jersey Coast. Enjoy beautiful sunsets over the lake from a spacious second floor deck. Just a few blocks away is the famous Jenkinson's Beach and Boardwalk for a full day of fun and entertainment. Looking for peace and quiet? Spend the night at the inlet watching the fishing boats return to the harbor, bringing the day's fresh catch to our local restaurants. What ever you're looking for, it's here. This home has 5 bedrooms, living room, full kitchen, 1.5 baths plus outdoor shower, and glass enclosed porch. Other amenities include TV, WiFi, gas BBQ grill, washer/dryer, beach chairs. Window AC units in all bedrooms and living room except one bedroom with a twin with sliding glass doors opening out to the beautiful deck and sea breeze. **Linens not included but can be rented through our partner Coastal Linen**. PPB Family Vacation

We had a great time at our family vacation at Point Pleasant Beach. The house was very clean and in good shape. The walk to the beach was easy. Evenings on the back deck were perfect as the sun went down. Overall very nice house in a good location!

Pt. Pleasant beach house

Great house for family, plenty of space to hang out and gather inside and out. Quick walk to beach and boardwalk. Quiet neighborhood. Owner very responsive to questions before and during stay. Would definitely rent again.

We had a great stay here !

We thought the location was great on quiet street by lake and a block from beach. The King bedroom and the Double are on 1st floor with the full bath and that worked great for us. Also a dog friendly, fenced in yard! The outdoor shower has hot water too. We enjoyed our stay!

Family Vacation

The house was just as described, enough room for the whole family. I was allowed to bring my 2 dogs which was also a big plus. The location of the house was great, a short walk to the beach and about a mile walk to the boardwalk. There were plenty of local restaurants to choose from and only a short 20 min ride to seaside.

June Getaway

The house was clean and roomy. The location of the house was great. The beach was a short walk away, which was very convenient. We brought our dog she was also very comfortable. Dan was a terrific host check in was so simple. He is very easy to contact if needed. Would recommend a stay at this property for sure!

Great for Family Vacation!

My family really enjoyed this property for our family vacation! We had kids of all ages from 10 months to 17 and everyone was comfortable, had a bed and plenty of space. We loved the outdoor space as well. The sun room was a perfect place for the youngsters who woke up earlier than everyone else, as it did a great job of keeping the noise out of the rest of the house. The house is very spacious and in a great location. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone!

Great stay for friends or family!

My group of 10 friends had an awesome stay at Dan’s rental. He was very helpful throughout our stay, and the location of the house is fantastic. We had a ton of fun in the backyard and the beach was quiet and relaxing. We would love to stay again!

Great stay

Clean & cozy yet spacious beach house. Stayed 2 nights in mid Sept to attend a family wedding nearby. Plenty of room for our family of 8 plus our pup, who loved the backyard. Easy walk to the beach, lovely neighborhood by the lake.. Would def stay again & recommend.

Nice spot

Comfortable home, I did not read deep enough to see that bedding and towels were not included. This should be more boldly noted in the information. We could have been caught in a bad situation had we not been able to get the linen rental company to do a special drop off.

Great find!

We rented this house for a week in August and we were so pleased with our choice. The location of the house couldn't have been more perfect-within walking distance to the beach and boardwalk, and right by the Lake of the Lillies. The house was very clean and dog friendly, which was perfect for us. We enjoyed the use of the screened in porch, backyard and 2nd floor deck. I would highly recommend this rental for a family get together since we were two families and we had plenty of space to spread out. The host, Dan, was quick to reply to any of our inquiries and conveniently lives a few houses away. Thanks for a great week! We would definitely rent again!!!

Great stay

Great stay for our family with adult children and two dogs. The location was two blocks from Bradford beach which was a.nice quiet beach(although we rented in June). The house was clean with plenty of space with the upstairs deck being a great plus . Would definitely rent again!

Great stay

Great house for a family. Short walk to beach and boardwalk was less than 1 mile away. Outdoor space was very enjoyable including the second floor deck. Top floor bedroom gets a bit steamy on hot days but there’s a sliding door you can keep open for the bay breeze. Nice experience overall.

The perfect vacation home

This is the 3rd time we have stayed here with our children and dogs and the home is warm, inviting, had a perfect location and a very responsive owner. We can't wait to return !

Great beach house with a great location

My wife adult daughter and I enjoyed a week at this spacious beach house. The kitchen is up-to-date with an attached dining area. There are 11/2 baths with an additional outdoor shower. We used the 2 largest bedrooms and slept very comfortably. We also enjoyed the enclosed sunroom and the upper level deck with a marvelous view of the nearby lake. The beach is a short walk away, and the 1mile boardwalk with games, rides and mini-golf begins a few blocks beyond the beach entry. The neighborhood is easy for biking, and riding or walking around the lake is great for watching wildlife. A great place for exploring all that Point Pleasant Beach has to offer!

Amazing spot

Perfect beach rental for a group of 10 friends. Backyard and 2nd story porch was ideal for hanging out, and a group of us had to work and could easily separate ourselves in the sunroom or on the porch! Dan let us come early before check-in to pick up beach badges. Bradshaw beach itself is a little crowded and small but still beautiful, and that has nothing to do with the property. House looks small on the outside but comfortably fit all of us. Only complaint was that it was very buggy but I'm sure that's to be expected everywhere. Bring bug spray!

We enjoyed this property. Nice location. Only problem was with these tiny flies, but Dan had an exterminator at the house the next day and it was helpful. Would stay again

Loved the location to the beach.

I loved the location to the beach and boardwalk. Taking a walk on the boardwalk was one of my favorite things to do! It was also nice to sit out on the deck at night.

Great location!

Staying here was great. We were able to walk to beach (5 min) and boardwalk (10 min ). House was very clean and spacious. Will come back next year.

Everything pleasant at Pt Paradise

Great, spacious, spotless, home with lots of space to entertain and enjoy. The deck overlooking the lake was serene and provided a pretty constant breeze. The beach is separate and more private, thus less crowded than the actual Pt Pleasant beach. Boardwalk is a couple of blocks away with its family-friendly attractions and well-known Tiki bar. Dan was very responsive to our calls, and during a brief power outage in the area, he brought over flashlights and batteries (the outage was over before we had to use them).

Wonderful beach property for family Vacay!

Great family beach house! Loved the sunroom for early morning coffee! Backyard fenced patio area wonderful for our two little toddlers to play while we relaxed on lawn chairs. Access to beach is actually more like 4 blocks from property. We loved that the neighborhood is quiet with boardwalk nearby! We would definitely rent again! Dont forget ti bring your own sheets and pillow cases.
