The house is perfect for families and friends seeking a memorable getaway. This private oasis boasts ample space for up to 14 guests, with cozy accommodations for 8 adults and an amazing bunk room which sleeps 6 kids. Step inside to discover a thoughtfully designed haven featuring 2 full bathrooms, ensuring everyone’s comfort and convenience throughout their stay. The open kitchen invites culinary adventures, is equipped with modern appliances, and has ample seating for communal meals.

This place is perfect for a quiet family vacation. The private pool was amazing. My family really enjoyed the game room. The park was in walking distance our grandson loved it. Beach was a short drive. The host is very nice and quick to respond

Property was just as it is on the pictures. We were allowed to check in early. Plenty of space and best stocked property I've ever been in. Cabinets were well stocked with extra tissue, paper towels, trash bags etc. Things I always bring. Kitchen had a Keurig with pods and an air fryer. The pool is deep. I wouldn't recommend it for a family with small kids that aren't good swimmers. They did provide alot of floaters, noodles, and pool toys. My family enjoyed the game room. Not handicap accessible. The front door and back door have steps, my son is in a wheelchair so we had to lift the chair and their a step down into the game room. I would definitely stay again. We had the best seafood at Crabs.

This home was immaculate!!!! My grandkids enjoyed every amenity provided. The location was perfect, less than 5 minutes from the beach. We will definitely put this in our bucket for the next visit. Thank you Steve for being the hostess with the mostess

We had a wonderful stay at your home, and communication was excellent, especially since you were kind enough to accommodate our last-minute request to check in a day early.Unfortunately, that positive experience came to an unpleasant end when we were leaving. A gentleman approached us without introducing himself and, in a rather rude manner, asked whether we had turned on the pool heater. We hadn’t—we didn’t even know there was a pool heater, much less how to operate it. He didn’t provide any further explanation, simply turned around and walked away. It was an uncomfortable and unnecessary way to end what had otherwise been a very nice stay.The house itself was as described. The beaches are all well over a mile away, so you will need to drive, but there were plenty of beach towels and chairs, which was a great bonus. There were a few areas that could use some attention. The living room windows were very dirty, with significant buildup that made it difficult to clearly see the pool or porch area. The kitchen could also have used a more thorough cleaning.During our 11-day stay, it also would have been nice to have the pool cleaned at least once. With all of the trees surrounding the property, leaves and other debris were constantly falling into the pool, and we found ourselves cleaning it multiple times a day.

Family/Friend vacation

Wonderful house for a large group, we had adults, teens and kids. We had plenty of room, the kids enjoyed the game room and everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Lots of pool/beach toys and beach chairs. We made multiple meals at home but also good selection of restaurants and only a short drive to Pensacola Beach. House was stocked with plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dish soap. Appreciated this as we forgot to buy those items while shopping. Steve was great and even reached out to let us know the house was available prior to check in time. Worked out great as we got into town a little early. Will definitely be back.

The house was perfect for our family of 4 plus in-laws. Very clean, fully stocked with everything you'd need (toiletries, towels, beach towels, small appliances .. coffee maker, k-cup coffee maker, air fryer, slow cooker). Screened in patio was a nice place for coffee every morning. Pool is huge and clean! Kids & adults loved finishing the day swimming after a day at the beach. Hot tub too! Back yard was beautiful - a little oasis - and loved the lighting after dark. Beds were comfy and had convenient usb chargers next to beds. Everyone enjoyed the game room. Steve was very helpful and responsive for any questions or needs before & during our stay. I love a well organized rental - he even had a binder with instructions for everything & anything with recommendations for local stores & restaurants. Location was extremely convenient, close to the bridge so we were only a few minutes away from the beach. We will definitely be renting this house again.
