This 3-bedroom house is perfect for your escape to the Westview and Rough River Area. This home with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths gives you and your family all you need for a relaxing, fun stay! With 1 king bed upstairs, in the basement you'll find 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed(full over twin), and 1 trundle bed, there's plenty of space for you and your guests to unwind. The tremendous basement family room offers an additional sleeping option with a cozy sofa bed. You'll find everything you need for a pleasant stay. Including a complimentary coffee bar, fully equipped kitchen and propane gas grill. Other available amenities a washer and dryer, heating and air, hair dryer, WiFi, and TV. The 3 bathrooms are equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a hair dryer. Not to mention the fire pit with a breathtaking view of Rough River, fully stocked with firewood. We hope you enjoy what our place and Westview/Rough River has to offer!!

-NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 4 exterior security cameras the cameras face the drive way, deck, and perimeter of the home. The cameras are all outward facing, not looking into the interior spaces.

-NOTE: No dock access. Docks are private property. Renters are not permitted to use the docks per the US Army COE of Rough River Lake .

The house was great and the manager was very responsive when Waze gps didn’t quite get us to the house. The porch was so relaxing. Very comfortable beds.

Clean, new, beautiful view!

We absolutely loved our stay here and would love to rent this property again! Loved the screened in porch, so much room for the kids to run around outside, and a beautiful view of the lake.

The property and home exceeded our expectations, and we are grateful to have selected your beautiful home for our stay. I would highly recommend this place to any racers in need of accommodations. It is located 23 minutes from US 60 Dragway and offers a scenic drive with lot of deers!!10/10

quiet getaway

very nice house in a quiet neighborhood near the lake. spent two quiet days walking, cooking, reading, and enjoying the view from the screened in porch.

Excellent Stay

The house was exactly how it was advertised. Great location in a neighborhood off the beaten path. View from the screened in porch was gorgeous. A few unexpected things that made the stay that much better include a dozen muffins on the kitchen table, shampoo in every bathroom, enough toilet paper for nine people, a natural gas grill, and foosball/cornhole. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home!

We had the best long weekend! The home was gorgeous and very very clean. It was decorated beautifully. It was stoked with all essentials. The hostess was so kind and so easy to communicate with. We rented a boat at Nick’s. We had a great day on the lake. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely amazing

We enjoyed staying here. The house is absolutely beautiful and the view is breathtaking. I loved sitting on the screened perched watching the sun go down over the lake. The owners went above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and happy while staying there. I highly recommend staying here. I will definitely be renting again!

The listing is very accurate. House is super cute and VERY clean. Although there are houses around, it’s super secluded. Very quiet, didn’t hear any neighbors even on NYE.

Beautiful!

The house was very clean, the beds were very comftorable. There were 9 of us and it never felt crowded. The view was great. The screened in porch was nice. I really liked that the master bedroom was upstairs, and the kids had their own space downstairs. We would definately stay again at our next trip to that area.

Wonderful get away

The house is lovely. Plenty of space to be comfortable. Beautiful views of the lake. Only drawback is that you can't get to the water. The firepit is on a pretty good hill, we couldn't us it because one of our guests couldn't manage the slope of the hill. Still a nice feature to offer. The hostess left muffins for us to eat, delicious. Check in and check out I had to contact the hostess, we never received our instructions. But they were quick to respond and it wasn't a major issue. OVERALL, we loved it. Wished it was closer to where we lived so we could go back again.

Unexpected getaway

My family has been going on a yearly vacation for the past 5 or so years. Every year we rent a house or cabin to stay because it makes things a lot more simpler than renting hotel rooms its like a home away from home. This year i decided we would go to Kentucky and found this great home for a great price but let me tell you the pictures do it no justice! As soon as we arrived all the kids were amazed at the size and the great location with a great view and all the room it has. Its near a lot of local attractions and if you want to make the drive its not too far from a big city. All the people in the area are nice and really friendly. Every year we try to go to a different place for vacation but if we ever find ourself going back to Kentucky I'll definitely try and book this home for our stay.
