Carolina Dreaming? 7 bedroom with Heated Pool

Our beach house has seven bedrooms, and five baths. A great place for families. Just a few steps from the ocean with a heated saltwater pool.

Welcome to our family beach house! We picked up this diamond in the rough early last year and with blood, sweat, and tears have made it the vacation home that you see today. We are super excited to be finishing all the renovations early 2022. New photos will be posted soon.

Pets are welcome! So don’t leave your fur babies at home! A separate pet agreement will need to be signed before check in. Please, let us know about all pets in the initial inquiry.

The house has 2 master bedrooms with private bathrooms. One, upstairs and the other, downstairs for any guests that have trouble with the stairs.

The house has 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. All bedrooms have a smart TV.

DOWNSTAIRS: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room with 75” TV, and laundry.

UPSTAIRS: 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 exterior doors to the upper deck, and a second TV area.

THERE ARE A FEW EXTRAS:
There is an outdoor showers, grill , seating for lounging poolside, and seating on the deck overlooking the pool, guitar and ukulele.

PET DEPOSIT: $400 (refundable)
PET FEE: $175 (No cats)
The pet fee includes use of Dog Bed, inside and outside Bowles, small fenced area so that you can safely let your pooch play outside unattended. The pet fee also goes toward the allergen cleaning fee to keep our house comfortable for future guests with pet allergies. Up to $225 will be refunded within 48 hours of your check out.

Renovation update:
We will be refinishing the floors downstairs, wallpapering the bathrooms, putting in a Tiki bar, putting in a pool heater and switching it to saltwater.

You will have the whole house and pool. There are four entrances to the house. Front door, back door, and two on the upper deck.
Parking: There is room in the driveway for 4-6 cars comfortably. Street parking is prohibited.

We are located in The Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach. A perfect place for families, tucked away from the rowdy downtown Myrtle Beach. We are third house from the beach. Two houses separate you from N. Ocean Blvd., keeping you super close to the beach, yet eliminating all the road noise from the main road. Beach access is at the end of your street! We’re close to restaurants, shopping and all the fun tourist things to do.

Walking back-and-forth to the beach is a breeze with the beach access just a few steps from the house. We are a short drive from just about everything North Myrtle Beach has to offer.

If you and your guests are interested in going to Myrtle Waves Waterpark, please let me know and we can schedule a day to meet up so I can get you half-price tickets.
-Please, use EXTREME caution while using the swimming pool. Especially guests with children.

-Please, don’t use the bath towels outside. Plenty of beach towels are provided.

- We are all for having a good time, we just ask that you turn the volume down by 10pm. Our next door neighbors live here full time.

-Please, don't use any metal utensils while using the nonstick pans.

-If you use the grill, please clean grill after use.

-NO SMOKING inside the house. There are plenty of areas outside for you to smoke. Also, please, don't throw your cigarette butts in the yard. The crabs come out at night and smoke them, and we've been trying to help them to quit. ;)

*If you need anything for the house that we don’t already provide, please feel free to reach out and request it. If it’s not there, it’s just because we hadn’t thought of it. Especially if it’s something future guests would find useful.*

CHECKOUT:
-Please, strip the sheets off the beds that where used down to the mattress covers and pace them down by the washing machine. I'll take care of them when I get there. Feel free to leave the quilts/comforters in their assigned rooms. I’ll take care of them later.
-Please, wash/dry/fold all Beach and Bath towels. Bath towels used on the morning of check out should be left in the washing machine. Please, start washer before you leave. I'll throw them in the dryer when I get there.
-Also, please load all dirty dishes into the dishwasher and start the load before you leave.
-Your welcome to leave any food in the fridge that didn’t get used. I’ll make sure it doesn’t go to waste.

-I hate that I even have to put this in writing, but... if the POLICE have to come out to the house for ANY reason, that is terms for an immediate eviction without reimbursement. Please, just keep it classy.
