Lovingly maintained by its original owners, this spacious beachfront condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests and offers everything needed for a memorable family vacation, couples retreat, or relaxing beach escape. From the moment you arrive, you'll be greeted by stunning views of the Gulf, beautifully landscaped grounds, swaying palm trees, and the soothing sounds of the surf.

One of the highlights of this unique condo is its two private balconies, allowing guests to enjoy spectacular sunrises over the water, peaceful afternoons overlooking the beach, and refreshing ocean breezes throughout the day. Positioned perfectly above the grounds, the condo offers an elevated perspective while still feeling connected to the beauty of East Beach below.

Very relaxing right on the beach not a far walk to the beach nice pool coffee made for mornings friendly staff the condo that we stayed in had beach toys and anything that you needed for your vacation stay I would give it a five. The nice thing is not having to go down the seawall very far to eat dinners or if you wanna go out for lunch, beat the hassle of the sea wall.

Hotel was immaculate, quiet, and away from the party crowds on the sea wall. (Thankful I didn't book anything in that location...) Grounds were beautiful, staff always friendly and helpful. Only complaint was we could not reliably connect to the WiFi, even after front desk help. But alas - we came to unplug and disconnect for a while - so not a big deal. I hope to return in the future.

The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. I was pleased withwith the friendly and helpful people at the desk and maintenance assistance. I just wish you could access your room earlier that 4:00 without being charged a fee if the the room is available.

The condo was very clean with a minor exception. The tile floors were swept but gritty. To fix that someone needs to scrub or a machine needs to buff. And that is it! Everything else was good. The view was excellent. The beds/mattresses slept well. Kitchen was well equipped and appliances worked well. The interior of the condo was quiet during the day and night. The pool was clean and water clear. The staff was friendly and attentive. Plenty of private parking near the building entrance in an elevated parking lot. The location of the complex being on the east end beach is the best beach on Galveston Island in my opinion. It is in front of the sea wall on the beach with semi-private road access and only a few other condo complexes nearby. Beach patrol raked/cleaned the beach in front of the condo the mornings we were there and beach chairs with umbrellas were available. Nearby are downtown, the docks/piers, and the well-known sea wall boulevard requiring only a short drive or medium walk to visit. We were entertained by the far-off stream of ships entering and exiting Galveston Bay throughout the day and night that provided a reminder of the historical and current importance of this unique island.
