No TRAILERS, MOTORCYCLES, GOLF CARTS, or COMMERCIAL VEHICLES are allowed at this Property.

Parking is available on the premises and you can park up to 2 vehicles.

The stay will be accessed via a smart lock and we will provide the door code on check-in day around 4 pm.

This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

To book this stay, guests must be at least 21 years old, and the person making the reservation must be part of the group staying in the condo.

We kindly request guests to use the washer and dryer in the unit for refreshing linens. Unlike hotels, we have limited linens and towels and must wash them off-site between stays. Laundry detergent is provided for your convenience.

Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in the traveler’s group) from getting to Myrtle Beach, a refund will not be issued and the Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the reservation. During months when there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages.

Firearms are not allowed in any of our private residences. Any firearms left behind at a property will be turned over to local police without notice to guests.

This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. If violated, the city will issue a $1,047.00 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Myrtle Beach's Ordinance rules.
