Welcome to your dream waterfront escape! Nestled in the exclusive Sunset Village community of Duck Key. This beautifully appointed villa offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience. A bright, open-concept living room flows seamlessly into the dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the essentials to make cooking a breeze. The living room is the perfect space for relaxation, with cozy seating and views of the lush tropical surroundings and Tom's Harbor. Upstairs you will find two lovely bedrooms with queen beds and full bathrooms and a pull-out sofa downstairs to accommodate additional guests (6 maximum). The villa has an indoor washer and dryer for added convenience. Step outside and discover your private slice of paradise. The spacious lower and upper floor decks offer a comfortable place to unwind, with a dining area perfect for al fresco meals and a lounge area to enjoy the warm island breeze. There is no better place to watch the gorgeous Florida Keys sunsets!

Within steps of the villa, the nearby Marina provides exclusive access to some of the best boating and fishing in the Keys. Whether you're an avid angler or a boating enthusiast, you will have easy access to the Atlantic Ocean and Gulf of Mexico. Duck Key is centrally located within the Florida Keys, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. Spend the day diving or snorkeling at the famous Alligator and Sombrero Reefs, or visit nearby Marathon for shopping, dining, and entertainment options. The villa is also in close proximity to the stunning natural beauty of Everglades National Park and or visiting the "wildlife" of Key West.

NOTE:
The Village at Hawks Cay Villas is not affiliated with the Hawks Cay Resort. You will not have access to hotel amenities (including all resort pools). As a guest of this vacation rental you can enjoy access to Angler & Ale, Dolphin Connection (with pre-purchased tickets), Calm Waters Spa and fishing, diving and snorkeling charters by booking through Hawks Cay Marina.

The property is just as listed, it was very clean upon check in and the view is fantastic. I would defiantly stay here again.Host was wonderful to communicate with and very helpful with providing recommendations for restaurants and places to see. Great home base for visiting the Keys.

Overall our experience at this Villa was amazing. The check-in process was easy, as well as the checkout. Rick was very responsive and quick to answer if there were any questions. The location was beautiful and 15mins from Marathon. Will be staying here again!

This was the perfect Hawks Cay villa for us- quiet area with an awesome sunset/water view from master balcony and first floor decks, immaculate, comfortable beds/linens, and close to everything we wanted to do in the keys! The host was accessible and very helpful.

We had a wonderful stay. The hosts made us feel very welcome. The villa is as advertised: clean, beautiful and in a great location. Sunset viewing from the back decks made great memories. A very relaxing stay. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Our host was very communicative about check-in/check-out process. The condo was spacious and VERY accommodating for larger families. The view out of the back was amazing, straight out toward a cove and the horizon over the Keys. Not much to do or see in the immediate area, but it was an excellent location to rest and lesson from to other areas in the Keys. Highly recommended.

We had such a wonderful stay. The villa was beautiful, very clean, quiet, and in a fantastic location right on the water. It was exactly the peaceful weekend we were hoping for.There are plenty of places to rent in the area, but what truly sets this one apart is the owner. He was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and genuine from the very beginning, and that made all the difference. You can tell he truly cares about his guests and about the home itself.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing place to stay!

Very nice place

Neat and tidy 2/2.5 on the bay facing Duck Key Marina. Great view, location, place, and host. Stocked well with everything youll need in the kitchen to cook up your carch pf the day (if you're inclined to do that sorta thing) A plus all tbe way!!)))))*All around A plus

I had a wonderful stay at this property in Duck Key. The home was exceptionally clean and well-stocked with appliances, kitchen items, and other supplies needed for a comfortable family vacation. Although I was traveling alone, it was easy to see how well the property would accommodate a family.The internet access was excellent, which made it easy to stay connected when needed. One of my favorite features was the beautiful water view from the back of the property, along with the private terrace off the master bedroom—both were perfect places to relax and enjoy the surroundings.The property was easy to find, and Rick, the owner, was responsive and available through chat whenever I had a question. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone, especially families looking for a comfortable and well-equipped getaway in Duck Key.
